Dr T Mirza - The Hayes Dental Practice

I’ve had consistently poor experiences with this practice over the past few years, and it keeps getting worse. The reception staff are extremely rude and dismissive, both over the phone and in person, and show little respect for patients or their concerns. The dentists and assistants are also impolite and unprofessional — even basic hygiene like placing a tissue on your chest is ignored unless you ask, and when you do, you’re met with attitude. Dr Mirza in particular is very disrespectful in the way he speaks to patients. Overall, the lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I wouldn’t even give one star

Truly great and professional experience with Dr. T. Mirza at The Hayes Dental Practice. His caring approach and deep knowledge always stand out - call him the 'Artistic Dentist' for his gentle, precise, and thoughtful work style. A BIG thank you to him and the entire Practice for consistently providing exceptional service over the years.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent & the past experiences at Hayes Dental Practice. While the dentists and other staff may provide excellent care, my interaction with the reception staff left much to be desired. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the receptionist & one more staff member. Lacked basic courtesy. Even when I made a phone call to them few weeks ago, they had put me on hold for forever and the chat was really rude & unhelpful. The reception staff plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was far from that. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly, as it detracts from what could otherwise be a positive experience at this clinic. First impressions matter, and no patient deserves to feel unwelcome or disrespected. Pls be polite to your patients, someone could be having a bad day & may have missed your lunch timing signs by the door. Thanks. Rating: 0/5

Reception staff messed up my appointment and wasted my time displaying their incompetency yet rather than being apologitic they were rude. Worst of all was to see one of the dentists; T Mirza himself following this ill approach of being rude and unnecessarily abrasive setting a bad example for his junior staff!! This place is a far cry from what a healthcare service provider should be like and staff need to go on a course of good customer service and patient care. I strongly suggest you steer well away if you want a descent service! I would have given it zero stars if I could but this website doesn't allow anything less than one star unfortunately.

Very friendly staff, professional, quality and fast services at the clinic, latest equipment and very hygienic environment, I recommend all.
