I’ve always had a real fear of dentists and, after a difficult few years with my teeth, finally decided to take the leap and go private for my treatment. Choosing White Rock Dental Practice was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, the whole team made the process straightforward, calm, and reassuring. Not only have I seen a huge improvement in my teeth and gums, but I’ve also completely lost the anxiety I used to feel about visiting the dentist. Dr Shah, along with Tilly and Liam, are an outstanding team. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable, and they take the time to explain everything clearly, which makes a world of difference when you’re nervous. I genuinely cannot recommend White Rock Dental Practice highly enough. Professional, caring, and truly patient-focused.

I'm of that generation that is terrified of the dentist and only go when I absolutely have to (even for check ups). However, that has changed with the team at the White Rock practice. They are kind, reassuring and put me at ease. I recently had to have root canal work and was making myself ill with worry leading up to it. I needn't have! It took a while to do but there was no pain at all and within a few hours, as soon as the injections wore off, I was feeling fine. No sensitivity and so much better than before I went! My thanks to Dr. Shah and the team.

Dr Shah is the best dentist I've come across in Hastings. He saved a tooth that I was told had to be extracted and saved me from days of pain by seeing me quickly. Liam at reception too is a really caring, empathetic person; just what you want when you're in pain and desperate for help! Thank you both for what you've done for me.

I have been to many dentists over the years, including others in Hastings and I'm so glad to have registered here, I won't go anywhere else now. Dr Shah, Liam and Tilly are friendly and professional. The practice is clean and organised and I'm treated with care and nothing is rushed. Dr Shah explains everything well and I now have a dental plan I'm happy with and a dentist I trust. Don't bother looking elsewhere, you get what you pay for!

White Rock Dental Practice is amazing and I could not recommend them enough! The team is so gentle and supportive, explain everything step by step, no rush even if you're extremely anxious as me, and they make sure that I wouldn't feel any pain during the treatment and would feel as comfortable as possible. I had a really bad experience with some other dental practices in the past and was avoiding going to dentists unless it was an emergency, but now I'm feeling that I'm not so scared to go to the dentist anymore and I know that they will take a good care of me and my smile. I have no hesitation in highly rating this dental practice. Dr Shah is very clear about what needs to be done and how it is to be managed, explaining the process and checking all is well as he goes. He waits to ensure pain relief has taken effect before starting and you never feel there's a rush to get things done and onto the next patient. I had a lot done in one long session but I'm back at work the next day feeling no discomfort. Everyone there friendly and helpful.
