Portman Smile Clinic Hastings

Portman Smile Clinic is such a lovely environment with wonderful and friendly staff. I've been going there for nearly 2 years now, my braces have just come off and my teeth are beautiful. Staff give good care instructions to follow and are always good with their timing too. I'm very grateful for this clinic and for my new teeth 😁

My Son has just got his retainers following his treatment with braces. The staff are all really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter had her braces fitting today and got cancelled due to staff absence which is completely understandable. The problem I encountered was that they had cancelled many appointments due to this and instead of prioritising those who have waited a substantial amount of time, they have pushed appointments back 3-4 months!. As a business like this you should prioritise those who have accepted changes due to your business as it isn’t the patients fault. I called Portman up and the lady gave us great advice as to how to go about this and that’s for the 2 stars!. My daughter hasn’t had the best luck with these as they have cancelled and pushed forward appointments for her for years and I think this is a problem they should prioritise.
