Lyndhurst Dental Practice

I don't normally leave reviews, but after my first visit to Lyndhurst Dental Practice I felt I had to. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming and professional. The dentist I saw downstairs was lovely and recommended that I book a hygiene appointment. I'll be honest, I've always dreaded hygiene cleans. My previous experiences at other dentists felt more like being butchered – lots of discomfort, sensitivity and bleeding. Because of that, I was quite nervous going in. However, my appointment with Surabhi completely changed my opinion. She was incredibly professional, gentle and reassuring throughout. Every time she said, "This might feel a little sensitive," I braced myself, but honestly, I felt nothing at all. It was by far the most comfortable hygiene clean I've ever had. I was genuinely surprised by how painless and pleasant the experience was, and that's why I've taken the time to leave this 5-star review. Thank you to Surabhi and the whole team for making my visit such a positive one. Highly recommended!

Recently moved to the dentist and it has been a brilliant service. Had fillings and hygenist and both were superb. Really kind and caring service and good advice. Easy to get hold of and book appointments

Daughter had a check up 2 months ago told she needed a root canel and would have to pay otherwise nothing wrong with her teeth. Just taken her to a new dentist practice and told them what was said they took x rays and said that tooth already has a root canel in but is badly infected she also had 6 missing fillings and a broken tooth they never picked up on. Never will be going back here or recommend this please i would stay well clear

So pleased to have found this first class NHS Dental Surgery that is still looking for new NHS patients. My wife went initially and she reported that the surgery was modern, beautifully clean, with very friendly staff, and she was very happy to have been treated by the very caring, and charming Mr Massoud Shakibpour. I went a few days later. I found that there were plenty of free parking spaces in and around the surgery, most with 2-hour slots clearly marked on the nearby lamposts. I was so pleased with the place, and the way in which I was received and treated by everyone in this dental practice. The surgery was a great find and we feel very lucky to have been accepted as patients here. It even has great WiFi too!

A quick review to say a big thank you to Dr Ehsan and his equally amazing assistant - apologies, I'm unsure of his name! - for their patience, care, and kindness. As someone with ongoing gum issues (& originally a very real deep-seated fear of the dentist!!), their calm, cheery approach has made such an impact. Your patients will miss you, & I wish you all the best after your move!

The experience at this dental practice is top tier. Atmosphere has such a positive vibration. As someone who is afraid of the dentist I was able to extract my tooth quickly and pain free. Definitely worth the 5 stars

Can’t get through cat get an appointment have left me in agony knowing I’m pregnant and have a very badly broken tooth refused to prescribe me antibiotics which they did before Xmas telling me to go to the doctors!! There is a lovely young dentist there but the other don’t care and as for the receptionists 🙁
