Health and Smile Dental Practice

Would not recommend. Only come to this dentist if you want a crap dentist. Anything that was done to my teeth, made them worse. Any filling that was done, caused another problem. Never had any pain, or issues with my teeth until I started going here. I needed something doing every time I visited. Had swollen gum, never told me anything was wrong/to do anything with, swelling never went down until I went to another dentist to sort the problem out. Had a filling replaced, which caused pain and no pain was there until she did a filling, yet again, my new dentist sorted the problem out. She replaced another filling and then I got sensitivity in that tooth and I never had sensitivity before. Any bonding she does, it makes your teeth feel like sandpaper and the bonding doesn't last.

Thank you so much health and smile! Switching to these dentists from previously being stuck on the NHS waitlist has been amazing. The staff are warm and friendly, the dentist is an excellent listener and explains in simple terms the process first, checking multiple times if that i am doing okay throughout the entire process and was very patient answering any questions i had. With Health and smile, I felt at ease during my appointments and was able to easily book appointments on the phone and on the desk as they have availability to match my schedule.

I would 100% recommend health and smile dental. Saved me today after a bad experience with another dentist. Went in feeling stressed and anxious and left feeling at ease with a perfect tooth. Over the moon with the end result.

I wish I had have read the reviews prior to going to this dentist. I went there in a highly anxious state, which she was made aware of. I had a concern about a spot on my tooth, which at first she advised was just a stain. Which I was very relieved as I wouldn’t need to get any costly work done on it. Then she changed her mind and said that it actually did need a partial replacement. She pushed for me to have it done then and there due to my anxiety. Once she started working on it she said the whole thing needed replacing and it may end up needing a root canal. In hindsight, I am not convinced it needed anything done on it at all, and a clean and polish would have sorted it out. I also had to go back to get it fixed because it was all jagged. It’s still rough like sandpaper and I will not be going back again. Her charges are astronomical and the office isn’t particularly clean or well maintained. 0/10. I have cut my losses and I do not recommend.

Went to this dental practice cos i was visiting Crimdon. I needed quite a lot of work done. The dentist was fantastic, had needles and treatments elsewhere during my lifetime and this was the first time nothing hurt me. Anyone who is apprehensive about going to the dentist about pain come to this dentist and all your fears will go. Cannot praise the staff the staff and especially the dentist enough thank you for fixing my teeth 😁 and that’s all I’m doing now is smiling at everyone 👍😁😁😁😁😁😁

What a wonderful young lady, I never thought I would be laughing before she went to work on a filling as usually I am in terror when visiting a Dentist, A great job she did with as little discomfort as was possible I was more relaxed with this dentist than I have ever been while having my teeth worked on.

Not been to a Dentist for about 10 years, needed a crown that had come off refitting. Kusum was excellent and put me at ease through the process. Best dentist I have ever been to.
