Dr Jack Sanders is an amazing and very professional dentist. He has a calming, gentle manner, putting patients at ease. After a thorough examination, I received sound advice alongside very knowledgeable and comprehensive feedback about my dental health and future treatment. All options and costs are fully explained. Personally, I think he is one of the best dentists I have seen in my 72 years!

Friendly staff and good dentists... Becoming increasingly more difficult to get appointments at suitable times, although mainly booking next appointments 3-6 months in advance does help this. However, in doing this it's inevitable that you may need to cancel appointments, and this practice adopts a policy where if you cancel a number of appointments or do not attend for 2yrs, they will pretty much remove you from their practice. Prices for treatment are high, perhaps this is comparable with the rest of the dentists in the town, but I'm aware of treatment being a lot cheaper in other practices. Perhaps their pricing is justifiable based on the treatment/products they use, but personally I find the figures for treatment expensive. I don't want to be too harsh on this practice, the staff are knowledgeable and keen to help & find solutions were possible and do offer payment plans for work required.

Helen and her team have the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. They make you feel welcome in their efficient clinical environment. Any treatment I have received at the practice has been as good as it gets even though I am at the dentist.

Have always used E&M since my late teens and will continue to do so when I'm in the UK. My late mother was also a patient and would frequently tell us the storey about the time one of the staff took her home after a tooth extraction. She was possibly around 80 at the time and lived very close but small acts of kindness can mean a lot.

Been with this dentist for over 20 years. No complaints at all. Always very friendly and professional. Good dentistry.

Seems to me nhs patient are tried to go private I was told I need 2 caps on back teeth Rhys the dentist told me I would have to pay two lots of band 3 to get this work done Ive looked this up and all work should be covered with 1 band 3 payment which it clearly states on nhs website still looking further into this

My son had his 6-monthly check-up and the staff and dentist as always, were very professional. Explained what he needed to do in preparation for his upcoming braces etc
