Great experience, would recommend. Dave and his assistant Kath are amazing! I’ve been seeing them for over a year now and they’ve really made a difference. I’ve always found them to be very friendly, patient and professional which is why it’s so easy to recommend them and this practice in particular.

Over the last few years I have needed some emergency treatment alongside other issues that needed attention. I can hand on heart say that Dave and Kath are without doubt a great team when it comes to getting the job done. I always feel relaxed and reassured about what needs doing. Top work and a great people.

I drove all the way from Newcastle based on a friend recommendation. I had a broken filling and a deep cavity. David done a great job with a new filling. I never felt more comfortable dealing with dentist like what I felt with David and his team. Everything explained thoroughly and I received the best care possible. Michelle and Ahmed were also so great and supported me throughout. I was welcomed with lots of smiles and nice side chats. I’m really grateful for the whole team and they will be my default dentist from now on.

I recently visited , I have to say, it was an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. First off, the reception team deserves a special mention. From the moment I called to book my appointment, they were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made me feel at ease right away, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions with patience. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionists greeted me with a smile and took care of all the necessary paperwork quickly. It’s evident they are very well-organized, and it really made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you encounter such a welcoming atmosphere in a healthcare setting, and it made a huge difference in setting the tone for the rest of my visit. As for the dentist and their team, they were equally professional and kind. The dentist took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail, making sure I understood all my options and what would work best for me. There was no rush, which I really appreciated. The procedure itself was done with great care, and I felt completely comfortable throughout.

Amazing service from Dave and Kath. Completely transformed a twisted tooth which has been an insecurity for a long time. Now to look at my teeth you can’t even see where it was. Thank you so much for your amazing work.

Been a loyal customer since the late 1970s. After suffering anxiety later in life I wasn’t able to go as much as they liked. I rang for an appointment and was promptly told I was no longer registered with them because I hadn’t been in the last 2 years 🤷🏿 . If I could give a 0 star I would.

I recently moved to Hartlepool and chose this dental practice because of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very upsetting. I have anxiety and autism, which I made clear in my forms in advance. I was expecting a consultation to talk things through, but instead was taken straight into a clinical room with two dentists and no explanation, which I found overwhelming. When I became very anxious, I was not reassured or supported. I was spoken to in a very blunt manner about my teeth getting worse, which heightened my anxiety. Although I managed to get through the clean, I was not checked on afterwards and was just told to book another appointment. The treatment itself didn't hurt, but the lack of empathy, reassurance, and reasonable adjustments for a patient with additional needs was deeply disappointing.
