Dr Drupti Patel is an amazing dentist, she foes outstanding work. She's very kind and very gentle, very understanding and super talented! I highly recommend this practice. They will take care of you and fix your pain or insecurities. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist assistant are very nice and welcoming. I had fillings and composite bonding done here and I have never been happier🙌🏽💯😉

Went to HA1 Dental Clinic today for our 6-month check-up with my two little ones (3 and 1 year old), plus a cleaning, scaling, and a filling for myself. Everyone was so kind and patient, especially with the kids ❤️ The place is spotless, calm, and welcoming, and the dentists take the time to explain everything clearly. We all left with big smiles and no fear of the dentist 😊 Highly recommend!

A ridiculous dental surgery! It’s completely stupid how cancelling appointments in the past can affect booking in the future!! Considering i have been going to this dentist since a child!! The old owner was a-lot more better than new management.

Very bad service,rubbish staff If I can give I would give 0 star Will never recommend My wife booked for my kids and then when she come they said doctor left and she said we tried to call you but not go through and my wife said I have 3 appointment now so let’s do the other two,she said no and my wife said that’s not good and she said is up to you. I’m registered with this clinic but because of my past experience with them I feel stressed to be going back there despite the fact that I am in pain. To begin with their receptionists are rude. The dentists push you to pay privately or else they won’t treat you as I was told the same that treating me was not worth it for them unless I paid private. They asked me for a £1000 I later found out that I could just oay the band 3 which would have been approximately £330. They referred me to another clinic since I probably wasn’t worth their time. I was prescribed antibiotics which I took for five days and since it did not help and I was still in pain I booked an appointment and went to the clinic. The receptionist (European lady) seemed annoyed that I had come back again. Instead of calling me to the room to be seen she went to the doctors to and a few moments later the doctor and receptionist came out and dismissed me from reception stating they can not do anything. I waited almost a year after their referral only to be seen by another doctor all the way in Ealing only to be told the same that it’s not worth their time as he does not get paid enough. I called the surgery back and told them why make me wait for almost a year only to be told I can’t be treated. I did not even bother calling back the surgery due their dismissive treatment that I experienced previously especially at the hand of the receptionist. I’m never going back there. They really need to train their front of the house staff especially the European lady how to speak to people as the place she is in a clinic not a Turkish supermarket or Spitalfields market.
