Although I was very anxious at the beginning, she was extremely kind and reassuring, clearly explaining each step of the procedure. She provided thoughtful advice on the best course of action and demonstrated a high level of expertise in her field. Thanks to her care, my dental health will be in much better condition. Dr. Sabrin Ibrahim truly wonderful - so skilled, experienced, and professional, yet also kind, gentle, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made Elizabeth feel completely at ease, and handled the appointment with such care and patience. It's rare to find someone who combines great expertise with such a warm, reassuring manner. It was a great experience. The doctor was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Shirin was also incredibly supportive and helpful from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the care and assistance provided by both of them.

Went there very nervous and came out so excited to get the treatment done. Over the course of the last 3 weeks Ive had all my treatment done and I’m so happy with the end result. They were so kind and gentle with me. Bernadette my dentist hands down the best dentist I’ve had. Highly recommend them.

I initially visited Complete Smiles for an emergency appointment. Unfortunately, my experience at the start wasn’t great. I had to wait over an hour as the clinic was running behind schedule, which was quite frustrating given the urgency. When I was finally seen by Dr. Taran Singh, I found the consultation disappointing. It felt rushed, and the communication came across as abrupt, which made the experience uncomfortable. However, Dr. Pedro was excellent for my surgical extraction—professional and calm, and the positive rating is mainly due to his care. I was later referred to a different clinic for endodontist treatment, but the experience was not satisfactory. The pricing felt unclear and significantly higher than expected, which left me concerned. so I decided to look elsewhere. Fortunately, after further searching, I found Chase Dental Hospital, and the difference was remarkable. The doctors there are professional, transparent with costs (no hidden charges), and genuinely patient-focused. Appointments run on time, the staff are kind and knowledgeable, and the facility offers convenient parking. Overall, while my experience at Complete Smiles was mixed, I’m very pleased to have found Chase Dental Hospital and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and patient-focused dental care.

I am very disappointed with my experience. The price advertised online was £25, but when I arrived, I was charged £60. I feel this was misleading and not clearly explained. In addition, I had my crown fixed, but it came out again shortly afterwards. This is not the quality of treatment I expected. I paid for the repair and now have the same problem again. In only after 2 days only. I would not recommend this dental practice based on my experience. Better communication about pricing and better quality workmanship are needed.

I had an emergency with my implant as the screw broke inside my gum and the way it broke required someone with very special skills to take it out , Dr Christina was that person , her skills are simply admirable, very calm, very understanding and gave me the required result , I would very highly recommend her and the surgery. This lady is simply wonderful and I cannot praise her enough. Five star rating from me ! Well done Christina ! Thank you
