I had a really pleasant experience with my treatment. Himadri & Aaysha both are really good. They did a very good job I must say. Also they explained the whole thing how to care and keep up the hygiene. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family as well especially because of these two girls. Thank you 🤗

I had a really good experience at Harrow Smile Clinic. Dr. Alisha was great during my tooth extraction — calm, professional, and very reassuring throughout. Dr. Himadri and Aisha also did an excellent job with my fillings. Everyone was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain each step clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease during the treatment. They answered all my questions without rushing and made the whole experience much less stressful than I expected. I’m really pleased with the care I received and would happily recommend the clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive dental team.

I had a lot of fear and anxiety about visiting the dentist, but my experience at this clinic completely changed that. The staff were incredibly kind, calm, and patient, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the visit. Himadri, the Dental Therapist, was very gentle and professional, and Aisha, the dental nurse, was supportive and reassuring. They explained everything step by step and made sure I was okay at every stage. Not only did they help me get rid of my tooth decay, but they also helped me overcome my fear of dentists. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend this clinic.

I changed my dentist as I didn’t think they were very understanding or accommodating- I called up Smile Harrow and was accepted - I’ve had to visits and both times I’ve felt very comfortable and heard - everything was explained and my procedures were almost pain free- thank you very much to Dr Alisa and her assistant. My name is Amina and I had a very disappointing experience at Harrow Wealdstone Smile Clinic today. I went in because I have pain in my back teeth and wanted a proper check-up. However, the dentist, Dr. Alisa Ahmed, was in a bad mood and spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional way, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I clearly explained my pain and asked for my teeth to be checked, but she ignored my concerns. She only did an X-ray of my back teeth and did not examine the rest of my mouth. After that, she gave me a prescription in a rushed and dismissive manner without any proper explanation. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated. Patients deserve respect, clear communication, and a proper examination—especially when they are in pain. I hope the clinic improves its patient care and professionalism.
