I feel very heard and seen by Dr Aaron. He understands my anxiety and depression impacts my dental health. He gives honest advice and feedback with compassion and no judgment - something I’ve regularly experienced. This and his ability to remain calm whilst I flap like a chicken in our appointments is really helping soothe my severe anxiety of visiting the dentist. For my last appointment, I wasn’t filled with the usual dread on the journey there - I cannot thank the staff at Harpenden enough. I also commend your receptionists - so friendly and professional. I never mind if I have to wait a minute for my appointment because it’s a pleasure to hear them dealing with other patients. That being said, I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes. Cannot recommend enough.

Boooking is easy. Communication is excellent, including a reminder ahead of the appointment. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. My dentist Daniel is very attentive and responsive to my personal requirements. Overall this dental practice is very good.

Dr Hajra and Monica have both made me feel very comfortable and explained what they were doing the whole time. They both understood my medical needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout I feel extremely relaxed and comfortable and safe in her hands and her assistant. This is definitely the best dentist surgery I have ever been with, and I would highly recommend it.

I’ve had a few negative experiences here now. The general feeling is that everybody is far too busy to speak to you. My last dentist appointment felt rushed and she didn’t seem best pleased when I asked a question. The receptionists talk to you like they’re a robot and that booking in an appointment is an inconvenience to them. Unfortunately, it’s one of the only NHS dentists available in the local area.

The filling was rectified in the one session , the dentist was clear in her communicating regarding the work required. The clinic is still a NHS provider which is a welcome change these days.

Aaron Hirani and his assistant were very, very good at reassuring me before the procedure. It was the quickest extraction I have ever had. The dentist was very knowledgeable and showed high level of professionalism. I was back at work the next day after the extraction.

Hajra is so welcoming and helpful, she is very informative through every step. She takes time and care and is always asking after and checking I’m ok through my procedure. I feel extremely relaxed and comfortable and safe in her hands and that of her assistant . This is definitely the best dentist surgery I have ever been with and I would highly recommend it .
