First class service from start to finish. Delighted with the service. Email responsiveness quick and helpful Emergency appointments provided at short notice when required. Made optimal and successful effort not to remove any teeth before fitting brace. Teeth looking great and retainer provided quickly with 3D scan without issue. Appointments always on time. Receptionist staff helpful, friendly and efficient. Orthodontists great at their job. Teeth all good after 18 months. Highly recommend.

Do not recommend at all , the therapist was lovely however the orthodontist has no empathy at all . She is rude and lies about remarks she has made . This is the third time my daughter has come out in tears and they have denied what they have said . My daughter suffers with mental health which they are aware of . They implied my daughter was lying on both occasions. Shocking service we will never use again. Thank you for your reply however the fact you have taken two years to reply to this review shows your lack of care and exactly why I put a bad review in the first place .

Top experience throughout for me personally. Would not use any other practice. Sent my wife there for her teeth treatment too and will do the same for my children if needed!! Staff are friendly, like family. Results amazing too!

Lynelle Mordue is so unprofessional that I am considering complaining about her to the British Orthodontic Society and British Dental Council. Not only was she aggressive and threw things around the room when I politely asked her why she had given me a massive gap tooth when I had no gap tooth before. She was strange, nasty, rude and aggressive. I had to spend £4000 on veneers to cover the gap, as she messed my teeth up so badly. The nhs dentist that referred us said all he has heard is bad things about Lynelle Mordue so he isn’t referring anyone to her anymore. Trust me, keep away from this disorganised, very unpleasant woman.

Lynelle Mordue saw my daughter on Friday as she needs braces and was absolutely amazing with her. We previously visited another orthodontist who was very rude and unhelpful so it was a great relief to myself and my daughter to be there. Thank you Lynelle for your excellent service and arranging everything for her.

Dr Mordue has treated both my children for alignment over this past year. One is nearly finished and the other has some way to go. Even during the Covid era, they have been super efficient and helpful. Appointments always run to time and they deal honestly and openly with us at all times. I highly recommend this practice.
