I had such a positive experience at Hertfordshire Centre for Dentistry and felt compelled to share. From the very beginning, Shivani was incredibly helpful, she gave me great recommendations on which members of staff to book with, and I’m really grateful for her guidance. I then saw Tarryn, who was absolutely fantastic. Her knowledge and advice were outstanding, and she really took the time to listen to me and address all my questions and concerns. She was thorough, kind, and clearly very skilled. I truly appreciated how she walked me through different options, which helped me make a well-informed decision about my treatment. My hygienist, Susie, was also wonderful. She made me feel completely at ease and did an excellent job with my cleaning. She was gentle, accommodating, and made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Such a kind, professional, and knowledgeable team. I will definitely be returning!

I have attended this practice for some time. I’ve had implants, crowns and today root canal treatment. I cannot praise the friendly staff and treatment I’ve had highly enough. Today’s root canal was utterly painless and very professional my dentist was charm itself. The crowns I have are on my front teeth and I often get compliments on my teeth. I am a senior lady and over the years have experienced quite a few dentists and by far this is the best dental practice I have attended!

I went to Harpenden Smiles recently for the first time, having switched dentists due to my work situation. I had a check up and then a crown treatment from Dr Hazelton. The whole set up is excellent. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dr Hazelton was also friendly and welcoming, enquiring about my previous experience and general health. The nature of the treatments was clearly explained, both at the start and throughout the process, so I was very clear about what was happening at every stage. Dr Hazelton was patient, considerate and careful. I will certainly be returning to Harpenden Smiles, and I would even go so far as to say that I enjoyed the experience. Thank you. I would certainly recommend the practice.

Hadnt been to the dentist for some time as mildly terrified. All the staff - 2receptionists and the hygienist & her assistant were very kind, listened to my worries and made me feel unhurried and calmer. I came home feeling much better. I phoned after to thank them.

What I appreciated most was how calm and painless they made the whole experience — something I absolutely didn’t expect from a root canal! The aftercare advice was clear and helpful, and I felt genuinely well looked after throughout. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who combines expertise with excellent patient care. I have spent decades afraid and anxious about any dental appointment, let alone treatment. Sachin has changed all that, calmed me and given me peace. I can’t explain why but along with all the staff my experiences have been positive and exceptional. Highly recommend the Hertfordshire Centre for Dentistry. I had root canal today for the first time in my life, I am an extremely nervous patient and I can honestly say I was petrified.
