I called the Dental practice today (28/5/26) as a new patient wanting a Nhs appointment.I was pleased to hear they were taking on new patients.Spoke to a lovely cheerful lady called Michelle, she made the process so easy. So Thank you Michelle. (My appointment is on Monday)

This is an excellent dentist! Mr Bramwell always offers brilliant care and clear explanation as to how to maintain healthy teeth. I always feel well-advised and empowered to make my own choices regarding any further treatment. Moreover, we recently took our 18 month old for her first trip to the dentist🫣. He was as kind and patient with her as he is with me! And now she doesn’t seem to mind brushing her teeth!! 🤯😅🦷
This has to be the worst dentist I’ve ever visited Mr Bramwell was so rude to me especially when I had received an awful service from him.I am not going to waste time going into this but how he is still practicing I have no idea

Old worn practice on high street, needs a lot of work to bring it to spec. Staff is ok but they need to have genuine interest in clients. No on answer phone on this practice. It’s always voicemail.
I have been attending this practice for the last 17 years. The treatment, care and advice is second to none.
