I had a dental procedure two months ago, and honestly couldn't be happier with my experience! From the star to finish, the care and treatment I recive were absolutely amazing. The team Dr Amaka Ngwuacha and Sarah Godbolt, they was so friendly, professional and supportive, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. They had explained everthing clearly and truly cared about giving the best possible results, today I fell again my confidence with a healthy and beautiful teeth. Absolutely amazing! The best dental service I have been too. The dentist is so understanding and caring. I had a wisdom tooth removed and she got it out in one, she made sure I was feeling ok and not in any pain , the appointment didn’t feel rushed, I’ll be back but hopefully not too soon haha!

I have only attended the clinic for hygienist apppointments so far, so yesterday, having suffered a terrible toothache for nearly a week, I was very nervous. I shouldn't have worried. The dentist, Amaka Ngwoucha, made me feel at ease straight away. After having the x-ray to see what the problem was, she clearly explained my options I decided to have an extraction & Amaka explained exactly what she would be doing & what would happen step by step. It was all over very quickly. I was given an after care pack explaining everything I needed to know post extraction. I'm very happy with the care & treatment I received & would thoroughly recommend this dental clinic.

As new patients my husband and I found our first experience of Smile very satisfactory. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist into a small but comfortable and tastefully furnished reception area with a very clean toilet. The dentist and hygienist were friendly and efficient and immediately put us at ease. It is a small, fairly recently established practice ( I believe just the 3 of them) but, as the saying goes - ‘ jewels come in small packages’. I was very nervous going into my appointment. It had been a long time since I had been to a hygienist. My teeth were quite stained. Sarah her dental nurse and receptionist were very friendly and kind. I left with lovely white teeth all signs of stains gone. Will definitely go back and keep up with my appointments. Highly recommend.

I had a really positive experience here following a difficult extraction that needed two appointments. They even opened especially for me on a Saturday as an emergency, which I was so grateful for. I’m a very anxious patient, but the dentist and nurse were incredibly kind and reassuring. They explained everything clearly, talked me through the procedure, and made sure I felt in control the whole time. They checked on me throughout and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. The online booking system was simple to use, and I really appreciated their WhatsApp service for questions and follow-up after the procedure. The clinic feels calm and personal, and I found the private fees competitive compared to other local practices. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them — especially if you’re a nervous patient.

I had a suspected infection in one of my teeth and couldn't get to my usual dentist, so gave Smile in Hopton a call. I was seen that day and the dentist confirmed that my tooth was infected. I opted to have it removed. The dentist removed the tooth very carefully, to extract it in one piece, rather than just yanking it out, which l have experienced in the past. It was a relief to get rid of the problem tooth and now pain free. I'd definitely recommend this dentist.
