Phoned up same day and fitted my girlfriend in 3 hours later , then went in 10 minutes early and out within 20 mins great as we were on holiday and took her loose tooth out that was giving hear unbearable pain. Lovely people there as girlfriend nervous. And a great price for tooth extraction well done to the team there keep up the good work 😍

Been to day, first visit for an emergency as I had broken a tooth. To say I am nervous is an understatement I am terrified and could feel my self physically shaking. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. Eve the dentist and her assistant were both very kind and supportive as well as reassuring. The assistant held my hand the whole way through my procedure which turned out to be an extraction of a wisdom tooth. I can honestly say I did not feel anything. Definitely recommend this practice fantastic treatment and care.

Recently my son received treatment from the staff the Gorleston branch for an abscess. I cannot fault the staff as they were so helpful. He is travelling abroad for 4 months soon so needs to get treatment as soon as possible, the team called around to try to find the best place to refer him to so he could get treatment as soon as possible for his root canal. Having never experienced an abscess I didn't know what to expect or how to treat it. The receptionist was so patient with my many phones calls (sorry!) and gave me direction on what to look out for and what to do if things got worse. I've used this surgery for years and I always know that I will get great friendly service from the team.......thank you 🙂

I'd love to review their services, but unfortunately they constantly cancel. My partner, as well as 2 of our children consistently have their appointments cancelled months ahead. How do they know they can't fulfill appointments months away? I'd assume their priorities lie with private patients, whilst us NHS folk get left behind.

Booked an appointment in April 2025 which was for August 2026. Had a letter today stating due to unforeseen circumstances my appointment for 6 months time has been cancelled. Absolutely shocking service from the NHS dentist

Rebecca hygienist excellent and takes a pride in her work as always. Doesn't stop giving good advice even when not rigidly followed. Also, never have to wait long, she keeps to time. Her assistant, and the reception staff, are always pleasant also.
