Norfolk House Dental Care

I am new to the practice as my previous dentist of 40 odd years retired. I have to say Shaji has been very helpful and informative about the issues I have. Trudie the Hygienist is amazing, professional, kind, listens and cares when I ask questions, nothing is too much trouble. Generally I have been very pleased and relieved as changing dentist after so long was quite terrifying.

Always top notch, friendly, and professional service from everyone. I recommend Norfolk House Dental Care to everyone. I can't speak too highly of them, in particular the practitioners my family have been seeing for a number of years, Dr, Naomi Alesbury and Trudie Rayner.

I never write reviews, however I felt compelled to write one today to say a huge thanks to Shaji and Amy for being able to fix my front broken crown (had the old one done 45 years ago!!). The whole procedure was done in a very calm, professional manner and I am delighted with the end product, so much so, I'm having another crown replacement to match the new one. My thanks are to Shaji for fitting me into his busy schedule as an emergency, and to Amy for her reassurance, patient comfort checks and her sunny disposition. I'd also like to thank Jo Dewhurst for her understanding during my hygienist appointment.

Having been a patient since 1974 I've seen a lot of changes, however, Norfolk House is still an excellent dental practice. Having now opted to see a hygienist three times a year, and following my latest visit, Jo and Tina offered me the same splendid caring and personal treatment which always helps to prolong and save my ageing teeth!

Fabulous dental practice ... the care is always personal. Our family have been with this practice for over 20 years and we wouldn't move anywhere else. Trudi is a great hygienist - gives good advice and is very gentle with my regular sessions. We haven't been with Dr Andrews for long as our previous dentist retired, but trust his advice entirely.

After more than 30 years as a patient at Norfolk House the treatment and care was as outstanding as ever. I particularly appreciated Jo's (the hygienist) advice for managing a dry mouth which was new to me.

I have been a patient of this practice for 58 years. Throughout that time I have considered my treatment to have been exemplary: professional, understanding, caring and considerate. The hygienists have been wonderful. The reception staff, too, have been faultless in their administrative duties both on the phone and face-to-face at the desk. But, as another patient has alluded to, in the last 6 years, I have been seen by the same number of dentists - in contrast, for the first 52 years, I had just 2! Is this staff turnover rate a common thing in dentistry these modern times? In itself, I think this is not a huge problem, but I have concerns regarding subtle variations in treatment plans and advice. I can appreciate having a variety of dentists, as I and others have had, will certainly generate variations in professional experiences, but I would humbly ask some consideration be given to the theory of "singing from the same hymn sheet". I'm sure some patients might find all this change mildly confusing and possibly frustrating from a continuity point of view. For this reason, and in the light of recent events, I have given 4 stars and not 5. That said, I would still resolutely and unequivocally recommend this practice.
