⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to express my sincere thanks to the entire team at Gloucester Dental Care, especially Dr Nikhil and the booking officer, Tanbir. I contacted the practice while suffering from severe dental pain, and Tanbir went above and beyond to help. He was kind, professional, kept in touch with follow-up calls, and made every effort to arrange an urgent appointment for me. He even coordinated personally with the dentist to find a suitable slot despite a busy schedule. After hearing about my situation, Dr Nikhil kindly adjusted his schedule to see me urgently. He provided immediate care, arranged treatment for the very next day, and successfully completed the procedure, bringing me significant relief. What impressed me most was that this was not just a routine appointment. The team genuinely cared and made exceptional efforts to help during an emergency. Everyone I met was polite, humble, caring, and highly professional. Thank you to Dr Nikhil, Tanbir, and the entire Gloucester Dental Care team for your outstanding service and compassion. It is truly appreciated.

I recently had an emergency appointment with a dentist named Nikhil, and he was amazing. He showed great care and attention throughout the procedure and made me feel completely at ease. He was friendly, professional, and got me in and out very efficiently. The dental assistant was equally fantastic, kind, reassuring, and professional. Together, they provided excellent care, and I’m very grateful for the positive experience.

I had a really positive experience with dr Hsin-Tzu Lu she was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment i arrived and she made me feel comfortable straight away. you can genuinely feel a very positive and calming energy from her which helped a lot during the appointment. she explained everything clearly and professionally and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. the treatment and consultation were done very carefully and with great attention to detail and i was very happy with the quality of the work. it is obvious that she truly cares about her patients and wants them to feel relaxed and well looked after. i would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a kind professional and skilled dentist.

I see a lot of reviews about how the reception is packed and doesn’t pick up the phone - this is true and makes sense as they’re one of the few dentists carrying out NHS care. The trick? Email them for an appointment and they’ll call you back! I had no issues making an initial appointment and no issues getting that appointment moved to another date. Just email them. When you’ve had your first appointment just make your next appointment whilst you’re there. The dentist (Jihad) was first class and very friendly, and I’ll of course be back.

Generally speaking the dentistry is good quality with the registered staff being approachable and considerate. However the reception team need some work! No recognition when arriving to the desk, not even just a "be with you in a minute". Whilst sat waiting for 30 minutes for an on the day emergency appointment (wait time expected) I witnessed the reception staff talking informally whilst patients were waiting and didn't finish their conversations to attend to those waiting. This has happened on multiple occasions when I have visited the practice. The phone line system is also awful, you are far better off emailing them to book anything.

Great for private incl. hygienist and NHS when I was there for a bit. Sorted me out every time eventually with some humour! Best to email phones jammed as they see so many people and parking is like hell but they got some lovely staff and dentists and hygienists there! Pretty great place with the all the NHS work they have to do for everyone and number of people they have to see for FREE! I got them to refer private work for me and still use them as I like the hygenist and the people there never let me down and I know how busy they are so thumbs up from me !

I had a really positive experience at my appointment with Arshi Munghal. She was absolutely lovely — very calm, gentle, and reassuring throughout, which immediately put me at ease. She explained everything clearly and was very patient, making the whole visit feel stress-free. I genuinely felt well looked after and would highly recommend her.
