I was seen out of hours as an emergency. I have never been to this practice before, and after my appointment I was happy to sign up as a patient. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, the practice was clean with plenty of waiting room space, and the dentist and nurse were kind and gentle, which definitely eased my nerves. I was given plenty of information throughout and left pain free 🙂

I had to be triaged and Genix fitted me in the same day. I had to call 111 at 4am due to having a raging wisdom tooth ache in the night. The Receptionist's were lovely and so was the Dentist Ameen along with his Nurse. I am now looking forward to signing up next month. Thank you very much to all.

This Dentist practice is excellent. They got me in on a saturday afternoon. As i was in alot of tooth pain. And my regular dentist was shut. I was so grateful to be soon lovely practice and people there who put me at ease and got me out of pain and distress to. Also made it good for me to get my records over to my regular dentist. Highly revomend this practice

I was referred to Genix for emergency care via NHS 111 and was in extreme pain. The dentist was kind and empathetic, and I felt genuinely cared for and listened to at a time when I was in genuine distress. Although no immediate treatment could be offered, she was reassuring and told me exactly what I could expect, what I could do to help and next steps. She made the next 24 hours more manageable and helped me realise that the pain would be short term. Thankyou very much.

I have been with Genix for a while now and have always found them to be polite, friendly and helpful from starting with the reception staff, never a problem trying to contact them, calls answered quickly through to the dentist and treatment. I very recently had a tooth removed which I haven’t had done in 50 years when gas and air was given so to say I was very apprehensive is understatement but my dentist Claudia was absolutely brilliant, explained everything as she was doing it and reassured me throughout the procedure. I would definitely recommend Genix.

Was seen quickly via an emergency appointment. Treatment was professional and quick. Only downside, I wasn't made aware of further charges other than the appointment charge until after my treatment.

Although I am not registered to this dentist, I only attended due to an emergency appointment. The lady I seen was very helpful and approachable. She explained what was required and gave me comfort. Lovely service experience when I attended this dentist, I am thinking of leaving my dentist and joining this one - will definitely recommend
