Dr Okan is honestly an amazing dentist. He was so kind, patient, and really took the time to make sure everything was understood. My mum struggles with English, and he was so considerate—he explained everything clearly to me and gave me the space to explain it to her properly, which meant a lot to us. He was also very upfront about costs, which I really appreciated—no surprises, just honest and transparent from the start. Him and his nurses are all so lovely and caring, they made the whole experience feel calm and comfortable. The practice itself is modern, clean, and really well kept, and it’s always been easy to book appointments too. I genuinely wouldn’t go to anyone else and would highly recommend Dr Okan to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dentist.

Strongly do NOT recommend. My sister took her child to My Dentist to see a dentist called Agnieszka Szostak, and the experience was absolutely shocking. This woman is completely unfit to treat children. She was arrogant, lacking any empathy, and extremely rough in her approach. When the child became frightened, instead of calming them down or showing even the most basic level of care, she started frightening the child by mentioning hospital. This is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional behaviour. What makes this even worse is that she told the parent that "despite being scared, the child must have their teeth treated, even by force." Saying something like this about a terrified child is disturbing. Treating children is not about forcing procedures — it requires patience, kindness and understanding, none of which were present here. As an adult, I would never choose to be treated by a dentist like this, and I am horrified that someone with such an attitude is allowed anywhere near children. I am genuinely shocked that a clinic with a 4.8 rating employs dentists who show such a low standard of care, especially towards young patients. This visit could easily leave a child traumatised and afraid of dentists for years. If you care about your child’s wellbeing and mental comfort, avoid this place at all costs.

I was nervous about going to my appointment like anyone would be. This is the first time Ive had tooth extractions. Dr. Alicja Machowska had a difficult time with my teeth but done an amazing job not to give up. I felt no pain (during extraction) and even days after no pain 😁.

What a refreshing change to be seen buy a dentist who is so good with people. Shivani took the time to talk to us about all aspects of our dental health. She explained options, talked through procedures and gave clear advice about prevention. She was cheerful, friendly and happy to answer questions. A trip to the dentist is never going to be great, but Shivani is as good as it gets!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. After being a patient for almost a decade, I’ve never had any issues until now!!! I missed a follow up appointment following a temporary root canal due to pregnancy illness. I then received a letter informing me that I had missed a second appointment that I was made UNAWARE OF. When calling to question this, I was told that text reminders were "no longer guaranteed" and that there was nothing to be done. I requested to speak with the practice manager, Raj, who was unsympathetic and told me they were "focussing on private patients", so it would seem they are finding any excuse to drop nhs patients as quickly as possible!! Absolutely disgusted by this and am now left pregnant and in pain struggling to find another dentist!!! UNLESS YOURE PRIVATE THEY DONT CARE

I have always been nervous about having any dental work so when I needed two implants I was dreading it, but Natalia has been absolutely brilliant all the way along. Talking me through the procedures, letting me know what she was doing and checking I was ok every step of the way. I can't say I love dentists any more than I did at the start but I can highly recommend Natalia for her care, attention and professionalism all the way through my treatments. I would not go to any other dentist.

As the worlds most nervous dental patient I was very anxious as i went for a tooth extraction today . But i am extremely pleased to say that my dentist , Natalia was fantastic . She patiently listened to my worries and did her very best to put me at ease . The extraction was virtually painless and i will certainly be much more confident next time i visit My Dentist . Thank you SO much Natalia !!
