Queensway Dental Care

I have had a few dentists over the years and they are by far the best Dental practice I have had. I would and have recommended to anyone that needs good dental treatment in the East Kilbride area.

I have been a patient at this practice for a good few years now. Dentist is absolutely fantastic in all treatments. I have always had a fear of dentist especially drill for fillings. At Queensway Dental Care I have felt almost no pain whatsoever whether I was getting a tooth out, having fillings or root treatment. Dentist gives injections and it is amazing how painless all my treatment has been. I am due to go back for more treatment this month and I have no apprehension at all. I am delighted to share that the Dentist has treated me brilliant and I am losing all my fear of Dental treatment. If you are a bit afraid but know you need work done on your teeth I strongly recommend you do come to this practice for very highly skilled professional and painless treatment. Thanks. Frank McLaren

Very good and professional. I have a fear of dental work since a bad experience as a youngster. The dentist is very patient and always makes you feel comfortable and pain free. All staff are very polite. I would highly recommend.

Best dentist I’ve been to. Needed an emergency appointment and they got me one on the same day. I said I wasn’t able to make it so it was booked for the next day. Receptionist is lovely and very welcoming and helpful. Harry (the dentist) is lovely and has made both visits easy and worry free 🙂

We phoned the dental practice last week and asked if they were taking NHS patients and they said that they were. We had an appointment today only to be told that they aren't taking NHS patients and the dentist was quite abrupt. Wouldn't recommend them whatsoever

Joined as an NHS patient not long after they opened and have always been seen when needed.

I have previously avoided the dentist due to severe anxiety and mental health struggles, which unfortunately caused me to miss two appointments in the past. After building up the courage to call today to finally get my teeth sorted, I was told I had a £24 balance and couldn't book until it was paid. When I politely explained that I couldn't pay right that second but would call back tomorrow to clear it, the receptionist didn't even reply—she just hung up the phone on me. It takes a massive amount of strength for an anxious patient to make that call, and to be treated with such utter disrespect is unacceptable. If you struggle with dental anxiety, avoid this place. They make you feel judged rather than supported.
