Infinity Smiles - East Kilbride

Total waste of time. Absolutely no parking. Arrive early for an 8am appointment for staff to begin to block me in. First impression was this is not a professional establishment. I cancelled my appointment, requested return of deposit (which hasnt happened, fair enough) i would rather seek treatment elsewhere.

I have had both children attending East Kilbride and Hamilton clinic. I have always found staff friendly and helpful and try to accommodate appointments where they can. My children's teeth are lovely and straight and the after care/advice of retainers etc has been good aswell. I would just like to Thank all staff. 😁

Appalling pup farm for children crammed in 10 at a time on conveyer belts of chairs with no care or attention. Reception staff completely inapt. Seemingly??? Women in scrubs, could be the cleaner, tinkering in children's mouths which fell out twice before even getting to the car. This circus only comes to town once a month on a Tuesday so appointments come on a 3 month cycle. This is why the NHS is on its knees. Unregulated and wide open to abuse at it's very heart. It's being robbed from the inside out. This practice is not fit for purpose. I've made a complaint and many others should. What's going on here is criminal. Morally and financially. Disgraceful.

Excellent service from the Orthodontist, Assistants and Receptionists, even if we were slightly late on occasion. My son was always given details of what they were doing during treatments which made him feel at ease. His teeth are now absolutely perfect. Fab Orthodontist and would highly recommend. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
