What a team, what a practice! I was assigned to watling street dental for my smile white consultation and I’m glad I did, I was greeted by the warmest welcome from Dr Olurotimi and Ciara who made me feel so settled and welcome. They explained the whole process in terms I would understand, ensuring I know exactly what lies ahead and what I would need to do to proceed and have the best possible outcome. They informed the other dentist of my needle phobia ensuring when I next returned for my filling and hygienist that the needles were out of my sight and supplied me with a stress ball for my nerves (I’m almost 30 but we listen we don’t judge!) I’ve now had my aligners and attachments fitted and my IPR and they could not have made the process more pain free and comfortable even through my giggling at the staff banter. Having a manic life as I do, Ciara messages me with available appointments when I need them and responds to any questions or queries I have when she’s available and this way suits my life so much better than calling and awaiting call backs like other practices I’ve been with. I look forward to going back for my appointments now for the atmosphere and feel so settled, I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone! What a lovely dentist this is. I have been with them for a good few months now completing my smile white treatment and they have been amazing. They have always seemed to go above and beyond to get me an appointment that works around my work. Dr Olurotimi and Ciara Where always so friendly and polite on every visit. It seems strange to say I enjoy dentist visits but this little dream team together just makes it a fun time. Sadly, I live quite a distance so probably won’t be able to use them as my regular dentist, but if your based in Gillingham, your so lucky as you have a right gem of a dentist on your doorstep. Thank you once again. Super happy with the results.

Went today for an emergency appointment, I have the worst anxiety with dentist. They were amazing. I had to have a wisdom tooth removed and the female dentist and nurse were so caring. I highly recommend this place. I feel a little more comfortable about going back there in the future now.

I absolutely hated the dentist before I started going here. The staff are absolutely brilliant and always super super caring. I’ve had filling and an extraction here and each times I left with the most positive experience. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!!!!!

I returned to the Dentist after many years of avoidance. I was extremely anxious but was made to feel at ease and was very pleased with the treatment and advice I have received. I will be definitely attending for regular check ups now.

Really disappointed. Have used this practice for years but phoned to see if I could get an urgent appointment as have terrible toothache, advised to go Dentaline and message would be passed to dentist to call. Called again next day to say dentaline had prescribed antibiotics but to make an urgent appointment with Dentist and again was advised a message would be passed to dentist. 2 days passed and still no call. Think if I'd been a private patient I would have got treatment but wasn't even offered a private appointment which I'd have happily accepted due to the amount of pain I'm in. Luckily I've found a private dentist who will see me and have now registered with another dentist which is a shame as I've always been impressed but I now feel majorly let down.
