Franklin House Dental Practice

I had a filling done by Dentist Maya, assisted by Nurse Martyna, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. I was a little nervous at first, but they both made me feel completely at ease. Maya was incredibly professional, patient, and gentle, explaining each step so I knew exactly what to expect. Nurse Martyna was warm, attentive, and very supportive throughout the procedure. The whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and handled with such kindness and teamwork. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental treatment. Precious ×××

Staff are amazing, friendly, kind. They have shown kindness and understanding to a member of my family with needs. They treat them with respect and have help build up their confidence with visiting the dentist. So glad we found them.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience here. From the moment I visited, I found the staff to be quite unfriendly and, at times, patronising. I didn’t feel listened to or respected, which immediately made me uncomfortable. What concerned me most was being told I needed four fillings. This didn’t sit right with me, so I went elsewhere for a second opinion, including X-rays, and was told that everything was completely fine. That really knocked my trust. I was also told that an NHS referral wasn’t possible, which has since been disproven by another dentist. On top of that, I was informed that removing my wisdom teeth via the NHS "wasn’t possible" and was instead quoted £500 per tooth — totalling £2000. Again, this conflicted with what I was later told elsewhere. Overall, I left feeling like my best interests weren’t the priority and that there was more focus on charging for treatments than providing honest care. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing!! I didn't think I could have amazing experience at a dentist, but I did! I was having 5 teeth extracted in preperation for a denture which was a very overwhelming and my anxiety was playing on me. Nurse Martyna and Dentist Bal were remarkable. They kept me calm, they were very quick and clear and above it, they were kind. They could sense this was a big thing and made it a very calming experience. Thank you so much. I've come out with a weight lifted (not just from the amount of teeth removed).

My daughter recently had her first filling done, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was quite nervous beforehand, but the dentist was absolutely wonderful calm, patient, and very reassuring. They took the time to explain each step in a way she could understand, which really helped put her at ease. I am so grateful for the care and kindness shown throughout the appointment. Highly recommend this dentist, especially for children or anyone who feels anxious about dental visits!

On the whole a good dental practice. However, the long introduction and advertising prior to customers actually getting through on the phone just to make an appointment is annoying to say the least ,as is the Ai sounding , automated voice! The seating area by the main door isn't customer friendly nor inviting 😑, nor comfortable, it's small and cramped! I get they're broadening their practice, but with no adequate and comfortable seating/ waiting room. Let's this practice down! When i started attending this practice for Treatments/check ups, many years ago now, there was a comfortable and adequate waiting room, now its a squashed experience right by the front door! Im assuming the practise has grown considerably but no decent waiting Room, come on guys,do better .😐🤨 During Covid you either had to sit in your car or eventually, a couple of chairs were left outside no matter the weather, so if you had no other form of shelter you were stuck outside until you were called in for your appt!

Saw the hygenist (Ayanda) here yesterday, she was AMAZING! my teeth feel the cleanest they have ever felt so I am on here to say THANK YOU. And I cannot forget to mention the amazing ladies on reception, always helpful and smiling. Highly reccomend.
