The team is welcoming from the moment you walk in, and the atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Highly recommend!

Harry and the Dental nurse lovely as always. Friendly, informative and interested. Treatment and dental experience great. Feedback given to receptionist not greatly received "there's a company that does that and we have no control". Improvement opportunity exists to value customer feedback rather than dismiss it without investigation or thanks. Otherwise they were proactive and process driven as always. It may help the whole experience if there was a customer friendly and journey side to them rather than let's get them in and turned over approach.

Excellent kind care shown by all reception staff. Impeccable care delivered by our dentist Shine and her assistant. Shine explains everything and gives clear good advice before and for after treatment. She is patient and very caring. Thank you for your great dental service 😀

I can honestly say that all my visits to this surgery are worry free. Excellent dentists (Mine was Jeremy before he retired and now I see Harry). Both have always given me pain free procedures with great follow up. Easy to communicate with and they talk to you in plain speak. If you are someone that is anxious or seriously frightened of dentists, then this surgery should be the one you visit and lend your trust to. I thoroughly recommend them. The team running the reception are lovely too. Know that there are a lot of stairs up to reception but I believe they have an alternative route in with a stair lift, but you would need to call and check.

Having not been to a dentist for 30 years they were great. I was treated with great deal of respect and understanding. Harry the dentist was brilliant he explained all that he was going to do and after he told me what needed to happen and the timescale and cost. Consudering I was not looking forward to gping I came out feeling good about it. Top notch excellence.

First visit yesterday, reception staff were friendly and easy to talk with. Prompt service and dentist man was nice and has arranged my plan going forward

Great dentists! Always try and give you a quick appointment the staff are friendly and the dentist I saw was so nice and professional but made time for me I have a condition where I have to take sunglasses in with me because of the bright lights (not just to look cool!) he took them off and cleaned them for me before putting the lights on bless him! Best place to go if your looking for a family dentist highly recommend
