I can’t thank James enough for the care and compassion he put into correcting my teeth following a road traffic accident. He was kind, genuinely caring and took the time to clearly explain how he could improve my teeth in the best way possible. He has restored a confidence I lost for a long time after having composite bonding done elsewhere that never felt quite right. James is the best dentist I have ever been to ,highly skilled, gentle, and incredibly attentive. I felt completely at ease in his care and couldn’t be happier with the results. Our family have been under the care of Mr Pugh for over 15 years. Our treatment has been second to none. Appointments at short notice, great consultation and top notch treatment and aftercare. The costs are reasonable and we all agree that the level of treatment has prevented the decline in or general oral health.

As someone who is anxious about the dentist, VIDA has been amazing. James is absolutely brilliant and so is every staff member I’ve spoken to. Recently I had inhalation sedation for a filling and it was so helpful and the whole process was manageable which is something I never thought I’d be able to say!

My 5-year-old son was struggling with a tooth infection and was very scared because the tooth needed to be removed. Nida was incredibly helpful, and thanks to sedation, everything went smoothly. We are very grateful—thank you so much! We highly recommend her!

I have been going to this dentist for the last 23 years and have always been happy with the service I received. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do which makes you know you are in good hands. Yes it’s expensive but everything is these days especially when you go private, but they say you get what you pay for.

On behalf of my husband... He had to have 5 teeth removed due to gum disease but Vida Dentistry could not have been more helpful, informative and caring from his first consultation to the actual procedure. Not a lover of dentists (but who is) he would not hesitate to recommend Vida in particular Duaa who kind and gentle and explained everything to him from start to finish.
