At Damira Sharland, each contact via telephone and each face to face visit I have had, has always been very efficient, and I have always been helped at the level I have needed at every step. I have had multiple visits as a private patient, and each process I have been through has always been, quick, efficient, and handled with grace. Every staff member that I have interacted with, either on the telephone, the reception staff at the practice, the dental nurses and the dentists themselves, have all been professional, kind, compassionate, and supportive in all aspects of my care. In particular, at my most recent emergency appointment, the receptionist on duty: Summer, was very helpful, she was kind and compassionate to my current needs. The whole team at Damira Sharland are fantastic. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a new dental practice that is, knowledgeable, has a clean environment, offers appointments depending on your need level with efficiency, and has kind, compassionate staff at all levels. Damira Sharland definitely deserves the 5 stars that I rate them.

Wonderful experience. Fabio is truly the best dentist ever. He’s funny, he talks you through everything and he has the patience of a saint. I had to had a very big tooth removed after weeks of pain and two round of antibiotics and Fabio and his dental nurse were so kind, so reassuring and genuinely cared for how I was. Can’t recommend him enough.

I broke a tooth and received excellent emergency treatment from Lena - temporary filling followed by a composite filling. I'm not able to find an NHS dentist since mine closed in 2024 so I had to pay. Very happy with the service - receptionists were friendly and helpful throughout. I'm now on their NHS waiting list but would not hesitate to seek help again in an emergency

My son and I were kept waiting to see the dentist for over 40 minutes. Our appointments were booked for 4:00pm and 4:15pm. At 4:30pm I asked the receptionist how much longer we would be waiting. She then explained that another person was before us and that the dentist was running late. I would’ve appreciated being told that the dentist was running late when we checked in so that we knew what to expect. I then suggested that the receptionist could inform patients if she knows/ can see on the system that a dentist is running late as a courtesy. She then proceeded to tell me that it’s been a manic day in a very unapologetic tone and while I can appreciate that it may have been a busy day for her, good customer service would include letting someone know that there is a delay. Then when the dentist did call us in there was no acknowledgement that he was over 40 minutes late, just straight to business. No apology, nothing. Not impressed. Delays are understandable but it is just common courtesy to inform patients of this, especially when they may have paid for parking. Actual service was good. The dentist was informative and gave practical tips and recommendations.

Best treatment I've ever experienced, Dr Lina Termenaite looked after me and was just the best! A visit to the dentist is probably no-ones favourite thing to do right? Not anymore, I needed a molar extracting, the whole area around it was ridiculously sensitive but Dr Lina managed to give me 3 injections without me even knowing they were happening. The whole process was discussed and explained, including detailed aftercare. I'm ashamed to say that I didn't get the name of the young lady that was assisting throughout, however, I'm able to say that she was integral to the positive experience. Key words, care, professionalism, empathy and professionalism, yes, it is worth stating it twice. To summarise. If you want the best, don't bother looking anywhere else. Update. I'm pleased to say that during the complimentary follow-up appointment I was able to obtain the name of Dr Lina's assistant. Thank you Sophia, you're an important part of the team, your friendly, professional support to the patient just adds to the overall positive experience.

I came to Damira as an emergency, I was very anxious due to swelling on my face and bad pain. I was seen quickly. The dentist was very kind and thorough. I had an xray, He said I had an infection on my gum. And was given anti biotics. He was so understanding. The nurse was lovely. I would deffinately reccommend Damira. Excellent service

The dentist Vlad treated my daughter like a true star — with kindness, patience, and genuine warmth. He took the time to speak to her gently, explain everything in a way she could understand, and made sure she felt safe and comfortable throughout the visit. As a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than seeing your child cared for with such compassion and professionalism. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We are deeply thankful and would highly recommend this practice to any family seeking not only excellent dental care, but also a truly caring and supportive environment.
