Dr Bijal, you made a nerve wrecking first appointment for my child a stress free time. It was wonderful that you took the time to ensure a friendly and patient experience for him. Luckily the stickers went down a storm and ‘again’ was asked! Throughly enjoyed this experience from start to finish we were well looked after . Imogen the receptionist was also a joy and so helpful, having friendly faces definitely kept a 1 year old entertained. Would highly recommend 10/10

I am really nervous of going to the dentist even for a checkup. I had to have a small filling and Sotirios was really kind and very gentle when giving me the injection. He put me at ease and told me what he was doing. Although I am still afraid of the dentist he gave me the best experience that he possibly could and I thank him for that.

Appointment for filling on time. Karan is so caring and understands concerns. He explains everything he is doing and reassures you all the time. All I can say is thank you for making my dental experience feel I was listened to and that the patient comes first.

I was really happy with how my tooth turned out. It actually looks better than it did before. They also found two more fillings and a root canal using X-rays that my NHS dentist didn’t pick up just three weeks ago. It was the first time I’ve felt relaxed at the dentist and I didn’t feel any pain at all. Really friendly team and great service throughout. Thanks again to Dr Bijal.

No judgement, huge compassion, always doing everything they can to understand my health condition and medication and the impact these have on my teeth. So lovely. After having terrible experiences with previous dentists I decided to try here. I avoided dentists due to the anxiety and worry I had developed. I was seen by a dentist who was so lovely and understanding. Super informative and not judgemental at all. Has definitely restored some trust in dentists and calmed my anxiety a little. Makes me more willing to make an appointment rather then avoid it till the last minute

I saw a new dentist to the practice - Rohith. I am a very anxious patient and have had to attend my appointments with my 5 month old twins. Rohith and the other practitioner in the room were patient, calm, supportive and allowed me to persevere with treatment I was unsure I could undertake without sedation. They accommodated the twins and ensured I was receiving treatment that supported breastfeeding my babies, taking care to outline guidance to me so I could make informed decisions. The reception team are lovely too. I am always lugging two car seats around and over the two visits so far 6 different people have offered to help carry a car seat and checked if I'm okay managing them and the stairs. I just feel really pleased to be a patient here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. The second they have availability for my children I will be moving them over too!
