The Wessex Dental Specialist Centre

Recently referred to Wessex Dental Specialists by my own dental surgery for a ‘complex wisdom tooth extraction’ due to partially erupted tooth. I saw Richard Ramsay and his 2 dental nurses. They were fantastic, from start to finish. Made me feel at ease and the procedure was quick and painless. Richard Ramsay is certainly very good at what he does! This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental practice - the staff were unbelievably kind and reassuring. Thanks!

I recently had a wisdom tooth removed and had a really positive experience throughout. Richard Ramsey was excellent, professional, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. The procedure itself was totally pain free, and he made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. His dental nurse was also fantastic, very kind and supportive throughout. Highly recommend.

Dr Benedict Davies is absolutely amazing! The treatment that l received was incredible! I have had a lot of dental work but this was on a different level. After months of pain, and only one visit, I am now pain free. Thank you so much Ben. Also the whole experience was first class from the receptionist to the nurses, and everyone that was involved.

First thing Monday morning is probably not the best time to go to the dentist 🦷. I must say that my visit to the Wessex was a pleasure, a smile from reception and booking in was the start of a professional service. Surprised and pleased to see everyone welcome with a handshake 🤝. Entered the surgery and received my handshake from my dental surgeon. ( Richard). From there entered the treatment room and it was all laid out for me with my X-ray 🩻 of my problem tooth 🦷 on display for me to see. My roots were removed jolly quickly and it was time to go 😭. Visited this dentist for the first time yesterday and was really impressed by the facilities and the professionalism and courtesy of the staff! Firstly this place is huge!!! And it was very different for me to be able to choose my dentist even when visiting privately. The aesthetic of the place is really high also. All the staff I interacted with were extremely helpful and the reception team worked to resolve my insurance issues without me waiting around meaning I could go on with the rest of my day! Highly recommend to anyone to visit!! Very thorough, professional and comfortable…everything you need!

I am petrified of the dentist. From the moment you walk through the door the reception are very kind and helpful. My initial check up was so informative, considerate toward my fear of the dentist and left me very positive. Next the hygienist - wow, Naomi and Donna made it the most relaxing, comfortable and uplifting experience. I have my smile back, I had no fear from the moment I met them and they have made the experience so that I want to come back and take care of my teeth. Thank you all very much.
