Really relaxing environment inside. It felt like walking into a spa! The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. I had the gorgeous Anna and Abby doing all my new patient documents and x-rays who were just delightful, kind and funny. I wasn’t nervous, but they just made me feel so at ease anyway. It was a really lovely experience. Thank you!

EDHT is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I recently had two teeth reconstructed. It was a 3 hour appointment which is quite daunting but the whole experience was very relaxing and my new teeth are perfect. The staff are very friendly and put you at ease. The surgery is well equipped and a very calm environment. Trusting your dentist is the first step to not fearing the treatments and I always feel relaxed and know I’m in good hands at EDHT. Highly recommend!!

I came to EDHT a few years ago because of poor past experiences and an extreme phobia of all things dental. Someone always had to bring me because I would be too stressed and distressed to drive. Fast forward to yesterday, when I went by myself, and dozed off during a root canal procedure. I feel so taken care of. Am very grateful to my wonderful dentist and the entire team.

This dental practice is the best I’ve ever been registered with. Every member of staff are absolutely wonderful, kind, caring and efficient. The service and treatment is second to none, particularly for someone like me with a long life fear of the dentist.

I'm a very nervous patient. I know I'll be fine but my anxiety races and I feel like I will pass out. However everyone I've seen here, dental nurses, dentists and hygienist have all checked on me. Their concern is that you feel ok. There's not much they can do about the treatment itself apart from being gentle and explaining the process - it is what it is. But they add little touches, like a comfy squishy head rest. An iPad so you can watch something to take your mind off what's happening. I'm due to have a new crown soon and I'm thrilled with the fact that they will build my crown in-house and fit it that morning. Almost makes you want to go to the dentist.... Almost.....

Three crowns in one morning! Made to feel at ease and comfortable at all times! I’m terrified of the dentist! EDHT do everything they can to help with my fear, and a great job they do too! Welcoming, friendly, professional staff promote a sense of calm and efficiency. Treatment equally engenders both calm and trust that the task is carried out promptly and to a high standard. The anxiety normally associated with visits to the dentist is absent at EDHT.
