Disappointed with the lack of upfront financial transparency at this practice. I was charged private fees without being given a written cost estimate beforehand. When I complained, the practice sent me internal computer logs proving they retroactively stamped my digital check-in signature onto a financial contract document that their system generated a year after my appointment. Be very careful what you are signing on the digital screens at reception here."

After not visiting a dentist for too many years than I am going to write here I found High St Dental. From day 1 I was very impressed with the service on reception and also my first review appointment with Manny. He took great care and time with a nervous patient. I subsequently had two urgent extractions with no pain and no after effects whatsoever. I then required a new denture as my existing was rather old and no longer gave me the smile I wanted after the extractions. I had two or three appointment for impressions to make sure they were perfect and I’m delighted to say they are. The fit was great straight away and will only improve in another month or so. They look great and have given me my smile back. Thank you Manny for your care and attention and lovely manner with your patients.

I'm not keen on going to the dentist and have been seeing Mrs Patel for a number of years. Mrs Patel is always very kind and tries to put me at my ease. All of the nurses and receptionists are lovely. There plan price is reasonable. They have just fitted me in at very short notice to repair a chipped tooth. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Absolutely Faubulous. New comer to town, hadn't got round to finding a dentist, and broke my tooth on a Friday afternoon. They managed to squeeze me in and the dentist was so lovely, chatty, friendly and very gentle. Would 100% recommend!!!

I’m of an age when visiting the dentist was an awful experience and it never really leaves you but the High Street Dental practice does it’s utmost to dispel those feelings. From the friendly greeting on arrival to the superb professional treatment I find it, I’m not going to say a pleasure, a much better experience than I anticipate. Prices are very fair and the appointment system very efficient. There’s a reminder from them a few days before your visit. I thoroughly recommend the Hight Street Dental Practice.

I saw Manny today as an emergency appointment. I had to have a tooth extracted, my first ever so was very nervous. Manny was so kind, reassuring and informative throughout. I didn't experience any pain and he put me at ease immediately. I would highly recommend him.
