Spa Dental Clinic - dental & cosmetic treatments

I’ve had a few different dentists over the years, and Dr Grace at Spa Dental Clinic is easily the best I’ve had. After some not-so-great experiences elsewhere, I was a bit nervous, but she immediately put me at ease. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, never makes you feel rushed, and genuinely cares about her patients. Everyone at Spa Dental Clinic is friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. I’d happily recommend Dr Grace and Spa Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a fantastic dentist.

My son is extremely nervous as he has sensory issues. He had to have 4 teeth removed due to a brace being fitted. I honestly did not think he would go through with it. From the moment we became patients at Spa dentist, they were understanding, efficient. Dr Adeel and daisy were amazing, they made my son completely at ease, he understood my son’s anxiety and when we almost missed an appointment he managed to squeeze him in due to an emergency. My son trusted Dr Adeel immediately and listened to his instructions perfectly. What an amazing dentist and having experienced many in my time, that is a rare find. So pleased to be a patient there. I can't thank Ridwan and Chloe enough for how amazing they were during my tooth extraction today. I'm a very nervous patient, and they both made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were incredibly kind, patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the whole procedure, constantly checking that I was okay. They made what I thought would be a really scary experience so much easier than I expected. Their care and compassion really stood out, and I honestly couldn't have asked for better. Thank you so so much!!

Professional and friendly, with a smile on their faces ( the doctor&nurse) , keen to give advice and support according to the treatment needed. Sometimes appointment times are running slightly late but I can understand being a busy clinic. Prices are fair ( in my opinion). Would recommend! 🙌

5 stars for Basim and Erin! They were so welcoming from the moment I arrived with my slightly nervous toddler. Basim is an excellent communicator and provided clear, helpful guidance for my dental care. Erin's gentle approach was super helpful in calming my toddler, who thankfully had a great first visit at the dentist! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Took my son for the first time today. I waited in the reception to sign in verbally but the staff were on the phones and when they came off the phones we were ignored then told coldly to sign in on the tablet. This made us late for the appointment. During the appointment the dentist didn't say much to me and didn't speak to my son unless he was repeating what I had said. The mirror used to check my son's teeth looked like it had sticky residue on there. The feedback was extremely short. I won't be returning as I felt very awkward and uncomfortable there.

Consistently disgustingly late with no consideration for patients time or any prior warning. Every single time I’ve attended appointment, it has been at least five minutes late but 20 minutes late Is the standard. For a private practice, it’s absolutely appalling. No compensation is ever offered. Save yourself the hassle And go elsewhere
