I Had an Extremely Agonising Tooth Ache! Got an emergency appt on 31st Dec, was given some Antibiotics. But if pain still constant, told to come Back! On 2nd Jan returned, still in Agony! Had Emergency Appt again & Different Dentist. They Checked my Teeth again, then took the Offending Tooth out. Extremely efficient, Kind and Professional. Great Service! Thank you! 👍🏻😁

I was a patient at gentle dental, every time I went there were new staff, I don't think I ever saw the same person twice. This does not help you to have any confidence in their ability as dentists. You can't build any trust in your dentist. The practice manager and receptionists are constantly changing, which means if you have a complaint it does not get dealt with as new people have no idea, so you have to explain again to them only for them to leave, it's chaos. I was charged for treatment I never received as they cancelled, still waiting to be reimbursed. Nobody is ever available to take your call, when they call you back, it's someone new who has no idea of the details, tells you they will sort it out and don't. Do yourself a favour avoid this sham of a dental practice.

Had two cosmetic fillings yesterday. Front teeth chipped & as a birthday treat had them done. The care & quality of their service is brilliant. It is easy to knock NHS dentists as they deal with pain. Receptionists are great & caring. The dentists listen & are so skilled.

I have been using this dentist for a while now and while I was waiting to rebook for a filling ( I couldn’t make my appointment ) I had another tooth break and the filling come out. I rang them last week and had appointment made for a few days later. So today I went and thought I would probably be referred back to have the tooth removed and have to arrange a day off etc but as soon as I arrived they prepared to do the filling on the broken tooth and fill the other one at the same time. It was all done quickly and quite painless. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I was so pleased to get it sorted in one visit. Thank you
