I can’t thank the whole team enough for how incredible they’ve been throughout my treatment so far. As a very nervous patient, visiting the dentist has never been something I feel comfortable with, but every single person here has made such a difference to my experience. From the lovely girls on reception to all of the dentists and hygienists, everyone has been absolutely fantastic. They’ve always been so welcoming, patient, understanding and reassuring, taking the time to make me feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way. I’m genuinely so grateful for the care and kindness I’ve received from everyone involved. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for fantastic treatment in a relaxed, friendly environment — I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A massive thank you to the whole team!

My teeth are challenging! I have been seeing Roy Morris for four years now to reconstruct some teeth with implants. It has been a journey and Roy has met my challenges with his expertise and wealth of knowledge for which I am very grateful. He is always cheerful, and goes the extra mile. His assistant Fiona is amazing, always there to help and smooth the way. Sue and the reception team are all very helpful too.

I received good treatment from both the dentist and hygienist, and I was happy with the care they provided. However, I was very disappointed with the way my complaint regarding a member of the reception team was handled afterwards. My interaction with Ray Morris regarding concerns about his reception team showed a real lack of customer service skills and professionalism. A more understanding and constructive response would have made a big difference to my overall experience. Unfortunately, the poor handling of the complaint has left me feeling let down despite the quality of the clinical treatment.

Highly recommend. Lucy has been brilliant with my 5 year old who has issues with his teeth. Can get appointments quickly when needed.

Excellent from the moment you walk through the door you are valued and respected as a client.The friendly staff in reception put you at ease , nothing is too much trouble for them .The hygienist’s are so positive and they never rush ,they clean your teeth to perfection.Roy Morris seriously is the best dentist I have ever come across ,he’s so friendly and knowledgable.,he’s thorough when he’s diagnosing any issues and the standard of his work is truly amazing. I have joined the monthly scheme and it’s great value for money..I truly recommend this practice in every way "excellence"is really the only way to describe them.

I have recently had 9 extractions done by Lucy and she was fantastic! I was having a complete set of dentures fitted and my teeth were not in good shape. Lucy put me at ease whilst she did the extractions with minimum discomfort and talking through each extraction. Lucy and Wendy are an absolutely amazing team and the whole procedure was completed with care. I have no hesitation in recommending Lucy she is very patient, kind and very thorough. I now have a new smile and I am very grateful to have found such a wonderful dentist who was very professional and caring. Thank you Lucy and Wendy for a first class service.
