I was quite nervous before my appointment, but from the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. All of the staff made me feel at ease, especially the dental nurses, Lexi and Olha, who were reassuring and professional throughout. The equipment and technology at the practice are far superior to anything I've experienced at my previous dentist, which was really impressive. Aileen took the time to thoroughly explain any issues she found and the reasons behind them, making sure I understood everything without ever feeling rushed. I've never had that level of care, communication, and attention at any dental practice before. A genuinely positive experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to others.

I had been travelling back to Surrey every 6 months to a Dentist that I had been going for years to before we relocated; i was recommended to Toftwood Dental Practice. Suzanna made me feel at ease straightaway; I could talk to her about my treatments i had received previously; without feeling nervous or anxious. The Practice is extremely clean & bright; the ladies on reception are lovely & professional.

Just joined the practice as haven’t been to the dentist for a few years, greeted by lovely reception staff very welcoming. I saw the dentist first for examination and x-rays as had toothache, went through all the work needed, I am a bit nervous but they explained everything and they are all so nice. Then had a hygienist appointment I said I was nervous and she was the nicest lady, explained everything and kept asking if I was ok, such a good clean and showed me how to clean my teeth properly. Great experience.

Aileen crowned two teeth creating a bridge in the middle forming a false tooth. I am absolutely over the moon with the results. They look so natural, it's amazing, I love my new smile. Aileen instilled confidence at every step, I didn't have a moments doubt about my decision to go ahead. I cannot thank her enough.

Lovely dental practice, ladies on reception were super helpful and lovely. The dentist was absolutely amazing and put me at ease as I was extremely nervous. Love the whole ambiance of the place. Only niggle, reception desk was in the same room as the waiting area. Everyone could hear anything you said to the receptionist including payment and personal details. Made me feel uncomfortable.

Such a lovely, friendly, professional practice. The waiting area is relaxing, and the reception staff helpful and friendly. Aileen is a very talented dentist, both in the standard of her work; her vision and understanding of what you hope to achieve as a result, and her kindness and compassion. The nurses are very lovely, professional, friendly, and gentle. I'm so glad I found this practice. It may not be the cheapest, but you 100% get what you pay for! The most relaxing dental experience I've ever had!

Late last year I had to visit Toftwood Dental Practice due to a broken tooth. I was so, so nervous but was treated so well and at the time wrote a great review of their service. I have thus conquered my absolute fear of 'the dentist' because Dr. Aileen Clack is just simply marvellous and clearly expertly skilled. The prior broken tooth revealed that I needed route canal surgery at some point, which was completed yesterday. Yes, I was a little nervous but, again, Dr Clack reassured me and the procedure was swift and great! I have gone from steering clear of dentists for the past 20 years, to gladly walking cheerfully into their reception to be met by wonderfully friendly staff and the knowledge that I am in great hands. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
