I came in a few weeks ago in regards with TMJ pain. They were extremely helpful and understanding and I felt that I was listened to and respected. Nicole and her dental nurse ( I am so sorry for forgetting your name ) were incredible at helping me find a solution for the issue. I was extremely nervous but I was put at ease by how kind they both were. Especially since I am on the ASD and struggle in social environments. Highly would recommend this lovely practice.
I needed emergency dental work done and getting an appointment via the online portal followed by a call-back from a courteous person (sorry, name forgotten) at the surgery was very easy and pleasant. As for the procedure well what can I say? It was wonderful. The skill, care, and reassurance was superb. I am in awe of modern dentists and their assistants. The same pleasant approach under pressure from those on the reception desk. All at Beech House can be rightly proud. Thank you.
Amazing! managed to get back in as an nhs patient. Had a checkup a month ago, a filling today. Dr Lana Nashef is AMAZING! so kind, professional, and an expert at explaining things properly. She gave me various treatment options, and while I was having the procedure kept checking how I was doing. I was a lil freaked out, but she calmed me down. I opted not to have the local, after taking Dr Nashefs advice. She was right, it wasn't needed, and I don't have to spend the evening drooling from one side now. Harriet the dental nurse was also amazing. I'd give a zillion stars if I could. Tysm! 🥰🥰🥰
I would like to say i had a tooth taken out by lana nashef and she was absolutely brillant , no worry ,no concerns just brillant , i give her 5 stars x
I had my 3 front teeth filled by Lana. One had a hole and all three were discoloured. Lana was wonderful and my teeth now look so much better. Lana and the team were all friendly and put me ar ease. I have my smile back. Thank you
