Bupa Dental Care Dereham

Been with bupa dental for a couple of years now and it’s always been a great service. Andrew has been the most incredible dentist I’ve ever had. Becky & Kiara have also been the best Hygienist I’ve had too. Everybody is so calm, easy to talk to and reassuring when slightly anxious. The whole team have always been easy to deal with, and making bookings is a breeze. Would highly recommend these guys for any dental work 😄

Overall a decent practice with friendly staff, but there’s one area that could really be improved. They’re very proactive with appointment reminders, which is appreciated. However, on a few occasions I’ve arrived on time and still ended up waiting quite a while to be seen. I completely understand that things can run over, but it does feel a bit one-sided when patients are expected to be punctual. It would be great to see a bit more balance here, or at least better communication when delays happen. With a bit more focus on managing appointment times, this would be a really strong all-round service.

Super easy to book an appointment, nearby parking easily available. Staff are super friendly, treatment is explained and they're incredibly caring during treatment (I had my first ever filling and it was terrifying, but my dentist was so caring and happy to stop if I was uncomfortable). Easy to complete payment after the appointment also, the receptionists are lovely!

Had my first appointment with Becky today. She was gentle and thorough. Very kind and thoughtful if you needed a break from procedure to take a breathe and swallow. Helpful and informative advice for oral hygiene. Pleasant experience from someone who has a dentist phobia! Thank you

I came to see Becky who did amazing clean of my teeth. She used an airflow which gave a better quality clean than I have had previously elsewhere. Both Becky and her dental nurse made me feel at ease.

Natasha & Lisa are friendly and very helpful. I have a happy experience today which I normally don't with other dentist visit.
