Emergency dental appointment to have tooth extracted. Easy to book online but you can't see what other appointments are booked so did have 40 min wait. Dentist apologised and I was only in treatment room for 10 minutes. Lovely caring dentist and assistant, quick and painless. Would recommend and use again.

I visited this practice recently under the NHS maternity exemption. The appointment itself was fine, however I felt uncomfortable when I was told that my NHS claim would not be submitted unless I left a Google review. I completely understand that reviews are important for businesses, but linking them to NHS paperwork didn’t sit right with me. Patients should feel free to leave feedback if and when they choose to, not feel that it’s expected in order for administrative processes to be completed. I’m sharing this simply so others are aware of my experience. It left a bitter taste, as NHS entitlement should never feel tied to leaving public feedback.

I had my root canal appointment with Dr. Mariyam Hasnain, and I was very impressed with the care I received. She was incredibly helpful, informative, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly. Her calm and professional approach made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the treatment. I really appreciated how she answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. This dentist was recommended to me by a colleague. I had a root canal done with Dr. Mariyam Hasnain. Many people told me root canals are painful, but she was very good and offered a pain-free, almost relaxing procedure. She also explained things very clearly which helped put me at ease. I see John Rai for my hygienist appointment Today and he was amazing, he was calming, kind, polite and very reassuring he made my experience very easy and my teeth look great after just 1 visit with him. Dr Mariyam is truly one of a kind. I went in for a root canal after not visiting the dentist for many years due to nervousness, and she immediately put me at ease. What really stands out is her passion for saving teeth—I felt I was in safe hands from the moment I walked through the door. At one point, it seemed unlikely that my tooth could be saved, but she worked tirelessly and managed to do just that. I didn’t feel a thing throughout the entire procedure, which is incredible given how anxious I was beforehand. Thank you, Dr Mariyam, not only for saving my tooth and fitting the crown, but for making me feel calm, supported, and reassured every step of the way. I will definitely be returning to her for any future treatment

Mariyam was amazing with my broken tooth. She explained clearly the process, risks and the procedure, including a temp filling, a root canal and now finally a crown. She's done some great work, especially as an anxious dental patient! Would highly recommend her to friends and family
