I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jaee. I had composite bonding done and treatment was carried out with great care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Dr. Jaee explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure, and ensured I was pain-free. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall service was outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Jaee to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist. I am happy to smile again

I had a really positive experience at this dental clinic. Everyone was welcoming and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. A special thank you to Jayee Patel, who was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It's not often you find someone who genuinely cares about making patients feel comfortable, but Jayee did exactly that. The whole visit was smooth and stress-free, and I left feeling well looked after. I’d definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for friendly and professional dental care.

I am an elderly woman who does not like going to the dentist and hasn't been to one in over 4-5 years! However I had no choice a few days ago and had to go. Dartford Dental & Implant Centre was my chosen dentist. The interior of the practice was very modern - I liked the decor. The staff were all young and very friendly. Omar, my dentist was lovely - he put me at my ease as I was very nervous and he answered all my questions. I had a hole in one of my back teeth which Omar filled in and/or covered over - which was painless as no injection required. Not sure how long the job will last though - I am afraid to eat on my left side at the moment just in case I ruin the work done and I am just as wary when brushing my teeth around that area again just in case. However, I would like to thank Omar for making my first visit there a pleasant and pain-free experience as I am not to lie "I was dreading it"! I would recommend them.

Dr. Jai has been fantastic throughout my Invisalign journey. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to answer my questions. The treatment was clearly explained from the start, and I’m delighted with the results. The whole team is friendly and professional, making every visit a positive experience. Highly recommended!

This dental practise is professional, yet caring and supportive with their dental work from the reception staff, to the dental nurses and then the actual dentists. I hadn't been to the dentist for a long time before coming here and they are really helping me with the dental and gum care. If you could love going to the dentist, then this is the closest you could get! Thank you all.

I was fortunate to seek treatment with Dr Preyesh Patel for a dental emergency. I received phenomenal treatment from him as well as his staff. Dr. Preyesh is a true professional. When entering the clinic to query about treatment I was very upset and the receptionist was patient and understanding with me. Within the hour, I was seen, assessed and my options were discussed clearly. At NO time did he try to upsell unnecessary treatment that I did not need, (as was attempted by a neighbouring clinic claiming I needed an extraction and implant). My pain was relieved at the initial visit and within the week, resolution was complete. In addition, while working on my mouth, the dr and his assistant continually made sure I was comfortable and pain free. They even had me listening to my favourite music!

I had a very good experience with this dental practice for my daughter. My daughter needed removal of her teeth for orthodontic treatment. Dr Jaee at this practice was very helpful and did accurate assessment with appropriate examination and x rays. She correctly spotted the issues with my daughter’s teeth which had crooked roots making their removal risky. She arranged local oral surgeon Dr Omar at the practice to remove two of them and removed the other two herself. Everything went well and in good time. My daughter had no problems whatsoever. I thank Dr Jaee and Dr Omar for their excellent care.
