I highly recommend Highfield dental practice. Wendy the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Dr Pratichi has made my experience great as I was such a nervous patient in the past, herself and nurse Puspa are very patient and make you feel so at ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I cannot express how pleased I am with the treatment I received at Highfield Dental Center, from the lovely receptionist Wendy to the lovely Dentist Pratichi and her very lovely dental nurse. My treatment plan was fully explained to me and agreed. The appointments were on time and I am absolutely thrilled with their work. Thank you all so much for being so kind. I am nervous with dentists but my appointments and results are fabulous. I feel I can smile again ☺️

I have been at this practice for many years and this was the first time I have had exceptional treatment. I want to give my high praises and thanks to Pratichi, a new dentist for me, as she and her assistant treated me amazingly with such care, precision and attentiveness. Thanks again.

Visited today with my husband who broke his tooth earlier this week. The receptionists at this practice are both professional and friendly. Whilst we were waiting for my husband to be seen they were both on the phone answering queries and booking patients in for appointments. I observed an elderly patient arrive for her check up. Due to the fact that the surgery has gone paperless patients had to update their details on an IPad but one of the receptionists sat and helped the lady complete hers. This was lovely to see! There is always a friendly welcome here when I take our sons and occasionally my husband. Today he was seen by the friendliest Dentist I have ever come across and she actually gave the impression that she loves her job. She treated my husband, provided advice and did all this in such a calm way that the experience did not feel like a dentist visit. Both her and her assistant went above and beyond to deliver the best customer service that they could have delivered. Whilst in reception on our way out I asked for their names so I could name them in this review. The dentist is Pratichi and the assistant is Sonicha. I highly recommend this dentist and I really appreciated the way they looked after my husband. The practice is very clean and the whole experience was very positive.

As a new nervous patient I was very happy to find a practice that understands anxiety. From the really helpful reception staff, dental assistant and the dentist, they all made my 2 visits as comfortable as possible. One really quick filling and I was done for 6 months. A small amount of kindness makes a huge difference.

Dr. Adenus is absolutely fantastic. I needed two fillings & didn't need an injection beforehand, which is the first time in my life that I didn't need an injection before a filling. He also cleaned & polished my teeth & was extremely gentle. I felt completely relaxed both times. He is the best dentist I have ever had. I highly recommend seeing him. The receptionist are very friendly, helpful & efficient, I can't recommend them highly enough.
