Neasham Road Dental Practice

I started going to this dentist last year and have had my 3rd appointment today for a check up they are very friendly staff very understanding I have epilepsy and they were making sure I was ok and explained my treatment and every appointment has been good and given me good advice on how to look after my teeth between appointments really happy I found a nhs dentist and found the whole experience very easy to deal with not easy have epilepsy but my experience having treatment has been good and the receptionist is lovely

This practice does everything possible to offer a supportive friendly environment in which to administer excellent standards of care. From the reception when calling in or phoning, through the hygienist and dental nurses, to ultimately the dentist themselves, everything is of the highest order. I am a regular customer, and have been offered 3 monthly, now 6 monthly appointments, hygiene support and emergency appointments - 2 in the last 9 months, the latest being today. In my crisis Arun was efficient, professional and caring. I am a very difficult customer having had previous traumas, ongoing health issues which affect my swallowing, and some challenging problems. I came away from my appointment thankful for the support I received. The practice is so busy with customers waiting weeks for an appointment, that I will do everything possible to attend as I don't want it to be wasted. If I had any shadow of doubt that I might not be able to go, I would flag this as early as possible and cancel as early as possible to allow someone else to benefit - I do all I can to reduce risk of not attending. The practice needs to be supported as much as possible by all of us, to make sure it is a profitable going concern and a healthy business that benefits the local community. The work the dentist did on my teeth and fitting my dentures in time for my daughters wedding was above and beyond,the exsperience very satisfying and very professional, I was also made to feel very comfortable the moment I entered the building.

Amazing person-centred care and experience! From the welcoming Diane on reception to the lovely Dr Arun and Amy the dental nurse, I was very well looked after with a thorough examination, including x-rays and tailored advice on how to maintain and better my oral hygiene! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Firstly they are Not very understanding of people when they cancel on the day of the appointment because they are ill the day of the appointment. I’m sure no dentist wants a patient vomiting over them because they ill. Secondly just today I didn’t receive a reminder text message and honestly I thought my appointment was later in the week so I rang up only to be told that I can no longer be their NHS patient , but surprise , surprise of course they could see me privately!!! It’s all about getting as much money as they can .

Arun has a quiet, reassuring manner and explains everything he is doing as he goes along. A worthy alternative after Hannah left the practice. Well done Keith Taylor

This place is absolutely amazing. As a family we all use this surgery. We would especially like to thank them for fixing my son's smile after an accident at school. They have done an absolutely amazing job and now you can't tell that it ever happened. They go above and beyond to sort out any problems that arise and are very attentive, caring and understanding.
