The reception staff are always welcoming and very professional. I receive excellent dental care from Alison Steele and the hygienist, Angelina Dixon. Both demonstrate the highest professional standards. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice.

I’ve been a patient at Victoria Dental Practice for just over a year. The practice is excellent. Jane on reception is welcoming, friendly and always helpful and the treatment I have received to date has been superb. I moved from a previous practice after 20+ years because my dentist there retired and didn’t expect to find a practice of the same quality but fortunately I have. Alison is a wonderful dentist whose patient care is second to none and the whole overall customer service is exemplary.

I joined this practice after my wife told me how wonderful Helen is. My previous dentist was great but Helen is even better. I needed a cosmetic repair of 2 front teeth with unsightly enamel erosion, Helen matched some composite enamel to the exact colour and they look like new again. All the staff are friendly and very fair prices. I can’t recommend Helen and this practice highly enough.

I came to this practice for an emergency appointment when I couldn’t be seen by my registered dental practice. Alison was brilliant with me, she was kind, compassionate and professional. She took the time to find out the cause of my problem and offered to remove the tooth straight away. It was the fourth time that I’ve had a tooth out and it was the most pleasant, pain-free dental experience that I’ve ever had. The practice itself is very clean, calm and welcoming. I have now signed up to this dentist and look forward to visiting again. I couldn’t recommend this practice and Alison enough, thank you Victoria Dental Practice!

Best dentist I’ve been to, Helen is super friendly and explains everything perfectly as well as being reassuring and a nice sense of humour. She is very intuitive to if you’re frightened or nervous and will cause the least trauma possible for each treatment. I no longer feel frightened to go to the dentist, i am in good hands. The receptionists and assistants/technicians/nurses are also super friendly and all sing off of the same hymn sheet so everything is streamlined and straight forward. I also feel for private itemised treatments the prices are very fair, other options are obviously available to pay but for myself paying this way I have seen much more expensive treatment lists. Good prices, good service, my teeth no longer feel like I want to take a hammer to them, can’t complain. Thanks!

For me personally Victoria Dental Practice is the best dentist I have been to. Finally at the age of 34 I have found a dentist who I trust 100%. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist due to having a few issues regarding my teeth but Helen is amazing, I can't thank her enough for her patience and understanding. I highly recommend this dental practice. The staff are all extremely kind and friendly. Jayne is always happy to help and goes above and beyond. I now leave the dentist feeling confident and reassured not upset and worried like I used to in the past.
