Southend Avenue Dental Practice

This was my first visit to this dental practice and I was genuinely so impressed. The whole team was friendly, welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. My dentist, Dr. Needi was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly before starting, which really helped me feel comfortable. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was relaxed throughout. The clinic is spotless, modern, and very well organised too. Such a positive experience from start to finish — I’m actually not dreading my next appointment! I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy dentist.

I have been with Southend Dentist for years and my husband has been every six months since he was 2! And now our children come every 6 months. I recently had some Major work done, an implant along with a bone graft done by Sandeep! I am so VERY happy with my smile. My confidence has hugely grown and I can’t stop smiling. Sandeep is a warm welcoming lovely dentist, his dental nurse Emma is so friendly and we had lots of laughs and giggles along the way. I would 100% recommend this team to anyone looking for a reliable and trusting Dentist. And not forgetting the reception staff, all lovely and welcoming and willing to help with any query as my dental insurance company were being very picky but the receptionists helped me out massively. My main receptionist is Hollis, warm welcoming and so very helpful! My check ups and all other work is completed by Jhansi who is also amazing. Jhansi suggested whitening my teeth whilst getting the implant done and I have absolutely no regrets taking her advice and getting the teeth whitening package of Jhansi, I have the most amazing, white and proud smile. 100% recommend! I started going to this practice only recently when I moved to Darlington. My children and I had a very war welcome from Dr. Jhansi Ineedi. My daughter had a filling done, and the doctor made sure she was very comfortable. I had my wisdom tooth extracted (first one) by surgeon Sandeep Vasireddy. He was absolutely AMAZING. He talked me through the procedure and kept talking to me to make sure I was not nervous. The whole procedure took him less than 15 minutes. I didn't feel anything when he first injected the anaesthetic or when he actually pulled the tooth out. This is definitely going to be our dental practice. Highly recommended.

I'm a new patient at this practice and I can't recommend the service here high enough. They are friendly and professional and put you at ease straight away. The receptionists are highly efficient and friendly.

I phoned for an emergency NHS appointment, they managed to fit me in that afternoon. The lady on reception was friendly and helpful, the dentist was kind and gentle, very pleased with my tooth repair. I really couldn't of asked for a better experience, the atmosphere amongst all the people I met was relaxed and positive. Excellent service.
