I went here after speaking with 111 as emergency abcess and pain reception and helper were great dentist was not I asked if my tooth could be saved and his response was pull it only option and within 2 minutes of the numb needle so I could feel it still afterwards I looked into it and think he was just an uninterested tool and now I've gotta get a replacement front tooth when I was honestly expecting antibiotics avoid unless your in pain and even then.... Ile do it be better than him.

This was the worst dental surgery experience I've ever had in my life. I had a dry socket and was referred to them by the NHS. I paid £27.90, only to find that I still had a dry socket with an infection, complete with visible pus discharge. The dentist merely looked at it and prescribed me antibiotics, without cleaning the area, applying any medicine to the gum, or filling it to prevent further pus from forming.

Receptionist & dental nurse were lovely. I am an extremely nervous whenever I go to the dentist, I’d been referred here by 111 as my dentist was closed that day. Upon entering I said to the nurse I was nervous - she was lovely and supportive, the dentist however came across unbothered. He then told me I need to have my back tooth removed, because of an infection I asked just for some antibiotics and I’d wait and see my own dentist for the procedure, but he said he wouldn’t prescribe me antibiotics so In the state I was in I trusted his words and thought the tooth may just have to come out. Since I have still had horrendous toothache so I went to my usual dentist today to be told I should have had antibiotics and he couldn’t understand why I’d been refused them & why I had a tooth out. This is a dentist I will NEVER return to no matter how much pain I am in. I am now a tooth down & still in pain 🤦🏻‍♀️

Everyone apart from the actual dentist him a perfectly pleasant and behave in a professional manner. BUT THE DENTIST HIMSELF IS A BUTCHER couldn't care less about you or how much pain he causes you in he basically didn't want to be there and everything was a chore for him.

I got checked here twice, both being 1-2 minute checks. This dentist does not care. As with the other bad reviews, they're correct. Just go elsewhere because I could hardly breathe or swallow properly, should've been sent to A&E not given antibiotics. Avoid.

This dentist left my partner who was under going chemotherapy with an infection after going to see the dentist twice he said there is nothing wrong........... disgusting place stay well away and go to a different dentist.......... and to top it off my partner cant continue her chemotherapy untill the infection is clear 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The receptionist was welcoming and that's pretty much where it ended. I went in due to some pain that was caused by a cavity. Now I understand they're a dentist and there to do a job but I've never came across two people who just seemed like they would rather be anywhere else, there was a dark haired man and a woman, he just didn't crack a smile, quite unfriendly and unbothered. It's a shame really as they both could be so lovely and welcoming if they tried. It just felt awkward to be in their presence. Overall they got the job done and gave me a painless filling but yeah just a bit mardy I would say.
