We honestly couldn’t recommend Harrowgate Hill Dental highly enough. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re met with such a friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming team. Every member of staff is incredibly caring and makes you feel completely at ease. A special mention to Katherine and Gail — they are absolutely wonderful. I bring my granddaughter in for her appointments and they are so funny with her. Their kindness and reassurance make such a difference, and we never thought we’d say this, but we actually look forward to our visits! The receptionists are just as lovely — always smiling, helpful, and approachable, which really sets the tone for the whole experience. If you’re looking for a dental practice where you feel cared for, listened to, and truly valued, this is the place. Highly, highly recommended. 🦷✨

I want to shout out a great big thank you to everyone who has been involved with making my previous visits amazing . Ive had quite a few appointments recently due to getting fitted for new dentures , which l was quite nervous about but put at ease straight away. Each time l arrived for an appointment l was greated by the wonderful receptionist, lm hopeless inregards to remembering names but she'll know who she is , l was welcomed every visit " Hello Anne take a seat you won't be kept waiting long" l most certainly wasnt . Amanda and the lovely dental nurse were equally welcoming and l was put at ease , l was worried how new dentures would look and what if l didnt like them , Amanda said Anne l'll make sure you like them , the level of care and patience l received was outstanding, l have to say l began to believe there wasnt any chance l wouldn't like my dentures after all the appointments, fittings and checkups , l feel so lucky l was in such good hands , lm extremely greatfull . I must say we had a few laughs along the way , l know not many people enjoy going to the dentist but l have to say it was a pleasure. Thank you

Update 01/052025 So they returned upon a formal complaint raised on this! The response is more provoking and shows clear lack of misunderstanding!! The tooth had a broken or fallen filling it was not broken! They did not discuss or bring any treatment options! They literally only asked if I have a regular dentist( presumable reason is to make sure their track is hidden and no one can check after!!) and no they didn’t discuss nothing with me. I’m now very confident that they did extraction for the better fee and ease of doing! See extra bit that fallen two weeks after and let me know if this is a complete extraction A tooth is a diamond For this practise it’s £130 pound that’s was the worth of my tooth for them! Next time I visit them if I ever did, I will ask them how much money they want to give me the appropriate treatment!!!!! See attached photo of their provoking response. RIP off! Booked an emergency treatment that costed me £200 that was useless! They’d treat you first then give you how much it costs I don’t mind going private but dealing with this today felt like a money scam

All the staff are always pleasant and try to accommodate individual needs. My Dentist Amanda is so kind and understands patient’s concerns. She is excellent at her job and always very professional. I particularly have a massive phobia about dentists but Amanda consistently makes the visit to the Dentist much easier and more bearable.

All the staff are lovely and do a brilliant job, especially Maggie, who makes me feel really well taken care of.

Fantastic dentists from start to finish. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The dentist and assistant are very thorough. They explain everything fully and all have a good sense of humour, putting you at ease. The best dentist we have ever seen and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Kept going back 12 times in total in-between Thornaby and Darlington because they couldn't secure my front tooth ,eventually got a bridge fitted it and loose the next day absolute amatures cowboys. Watch this space....
