Great service with friendly and helpful staff. I've used this dentist for 16 years (Nick Mowbray) and truly happy with the service i have received.

Absoloutly shocking.... Was with this dentists for almost all my life, then COVID hit and they said to wait until things get back to normal and they will start letting people back for checkups. I heard nothing at all from them for a couple of years. Contacted them to ask when I was allowed to get a checkup and I was told I was fully removed from their records and that I am no longer registered there because THEY never bothered to contact me. I am now stuck without a dentists.... Hang your heads in shame.. disgusting behaviour

Whilst the standard of dental care is very good, there are certain aspects of this practice that aren’t great. My last check up was at 9am in the morning. I arrived at 8.50am with a couple of other patients arriving shortly afterwards. At 9am the door was still locked. After a few minutes, rang the doorbell -no answer. It was raining and cold. After ringing the doorbell 3 times, a receptionist opened the door at 9.15am- no apology for having kept us waiting in the rain. Distinct lack of manners . So my appointment was running late which made me late for my next commitment that morning. Interestingly they will refuse treatment to patients who are late. Went down today as I needed an emergency appointment. Opening hours state 9-1 on a Friday. Voicemail message states 9-12. Had tried ringing beforehand but the call kept going to voicemail. Arrived at 8.50am (again) Waited half an hour-no one there. Ended up having to ring 111 and being given an emergency appointment in Middlesbrough. If the practice is closed, a voicemail message or a notice on the door would be helpful and certainly isn’t a difficult thing to do.

I've always been afraid of the dentist and since I've been seeing Nick my fears for coming to the dentist are next to none. Excellent service from everyone at the practice. I must add I absolutely adore the periodic furniture and original features throughout the building! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an abscess under my tooth and was in severe pain. This man is a local legend and needs Knight hooding! Who else would have come in on their day off N put me out my misery ! They don't make them like you anymore Lance ! Soooo , grateful matey ! I was in some pain ! Thank You Sparta !

Discuting attudude, rude staff. They change the policies without contacting pacients with the new terms and conditions and remove you from the books if they have not been to the dentist in a while without informing you. No loyalty to the existing clients as they only care about money and if you don’t bring them money regularly you are no use to them. Disgusting behaviour to treat someone because they have good teeth and don’t need constant appointments.

Emergency appointment for 11am arrived early was taken in at 10.50am. Checked and told need X-ray Drilled tooth To find needed to be removed Removed and left at 11.30 Excellent service
