Bupa Dental Care Darlington

I was very nervous due to knowing I was have a tooth out. I was put to ease straight away. His tone of voice was good, he explained every stage to me. Hes seems like a caring person. Overall very happy 😊

Excellent service. Got an emergency appointment at the first attempt for the same day. Really expected to have to wait quite a while. Very good care and reassurance given by the dentist herself. Warm and friendly staff.

Been at the practice for probably 15+ years and I have to say the service now is the best it's ever been. Reception are very warm and welcoming and my new dentist Sophie MacKay is just exceptional. She's worked wonders for my teeth, always has time to explain what's what and has such an excellent manner with my children they actually look forward to going! Bravo!

It has been over 5 years since I have been to a dentist. This was mainly down to having bad anxiety about having any dentistry work done. I had let my teeth deteriorate during this period so need quite a bit of work just to make me "stable". My experience with Anna and her dental nurse for my first bit of work today went so smoothly it really has restored my confidence in dentists. I felt at ease throughout the whole appointment explaining what she was doing every step of the way. Thank you so much.

My daughter was very, very nervous to have fillings done, she saw Louise Bambrick who couldn’t have been more reassuring and amazing. She talked my daughter through each step and put her at complete ease. Thank you from a very grateful mum!!

Had 2 fillings today. They were wonderful. I was very nervous due to bad experiences in childhood. Everything was explained and they kept checking I was ok. Thank you so much. Nicola Overton.

Hard to compare quality of treatment as it was a check up, so I opened my mouth, was prodded with a sickle probe(?) and some numbers with letters were (2A, 3B etc) called out for the nurse to diligently record. I believe it’s the personal touch that makes the difference not the business like experience I encountered. A couple of minutes of conversation, an explanation of procedure and certainly what the numbers mean. It felt like it took longer to walk to the dentists chair than actually being sat in it. It wasn’t bad it just left me feeling, well nothing really. I’d like to come home and say to my wife, the dentist was really good today! It was the opposite. Having said that Fabia in the desk after was very pleasant and polite. Thank you Fabia. As a summary, improvements could be made. Have some personality.
