My daughter came in and she got 3 fillings done on the same day, as soon after she got them done she was experiencing horrific pain in her fillings. She couldn’t sleep, eat or get out of bed for a week straight, we also went back twice for an emergency appointment to see what was going on and all she said was that she might be grinding my teeth in my sleep and that she just have sensitivity, all she gave us was toothpaste to take home. We went back to a different dentist in moira who was really helpful and we found out she got an infection in her front tooth which is where one of the fillings were. She was prescribed amoxicillin for the infection and she slowly got better. We went back after a week and discovered that the nerve was dead and that the Amanda drilled too much of the tooth and that’s what it caused the infection to happen. We have recently found out that my daughter has to get a root canal treatment done to fix the tooth permanently if not temporary. We are very upset with our experience as it caused so much stress and suffering for no reason at all.

I recently joined mydentist, Portadown and have had nothing but amazing service from the gals in there. Dr Amanda is the most comforting and reassuring dentist I’ve had - they were able to fit me in for an appointment same day when I had a slight toothache. Can’t thank yous enough!

I never leave reviews but have to given my experience today, Amanda is a gem. I was so afraid of having a tooth pulled and she kept me so informed and at ease. She dealt with the anxieties I had over the whole thing and was making me laugh before getting it done. I feel confident in going back to see her for future appointments!

My family and I have been happy customers for 3 years. Last time I was in pain i was treated superficially. I was in pain after a treatment and were trying to rip me off while i was in pain. Lost my filling made by them 18 months earlier, Have paid for a new filling, x-ray and antibiotic (despite medical description made by them). They were asking me 900 pound for root canal and crown. After 13 years in UK, paying tax, I found out i wasn't no more in the NHS system despite this studio is advertising the NHS service and are accepting new customers in internet. I went back to my old dentist and sorted there. Sad also wasn't offered me a refund for the disservice.

😁Excellent service as per usual from reception to dental care. Doctor Boyd and assistant(s) were excellent in all matters and provided a friendly efficient and relaxed atmosphere, which is always very reassuring, while performing their intricate tasks with mastery and the accuracy and professionalism of freshly learnt advanced skills. The dentures Also passed the essential "Drop Test" to prove their strength- as accidents do happen and the consequences are awkward - so 10/10 and thank you 😁- merv

A truly fantastic practice were patient/customer care is a priority! From the moment you walk in to be greeted by the friendly and helpful reception staff of Cassie and Megan, to your dentist/hygienist actually coming to collect you from the waiting room. As a patient, you are made feel at ease straight away and depending on what treatment you are having, the procedure is fully explained with patient care their priority! The Practice Manager Natalie is always on hand and again will always take time to speak to the patients making this a warm and friendly practice and patient care their number one priority! Well deserved 5⭐️ review for this proactive practice!

Great Dental Practice with friendly/welcoming staff from the Receptionists to Dental Nurses to Dentists! Always very helpful and accommodating with appointments.. Would highly recommend. All my family are registered here and we wouldn't go anywhere else. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
