Carleton Dental Practice

I was completely happy with my visit to Carleton Dental Practice yesterday. Dr Una Morgan was kind, a great listener and very efficient. She gave great advice and reassurance. I am a very nervous patient and she put me at ease. The clerical staff were more than helpful. Thankyou all very much.

Super efficient from reception to payment. Dr Claire was wonderful. She assessed my problem tooth and gave me two options for fixing it, advising me which she would prefer for a better result in the long term. I went with her advice and she completed the work in about 10 minutes. Dr Claire was so gentle I almost fell asleep in the chair... I've never had that experience at previous dental practices. The cost was very reasonable, I was surprised it didn't cost a lot more. I am very happy to have joined Carleton's Dental Plan. Great job, thank you.

I have been with Carleton dental practice from I was a child and have always been impressed with the care. Yesterday I had a toothache and phoned first thing in the morning. The reception staff on the phone were so pleasant and I was offered an appointment for that morning. On arrival again the reception staff are just lovely and set the atmosphere at Carleton. I was seen by the lovely Una and a lovely dental nurse who I’m unsure of her name. Una is a lovely professional who took the time to find out where the problem was and I was treated accordingly. It’s a pleasure to be a patient here and all staff should be commended for how welcoming and mannerly they are.

I joined this practice earlier this year. I found fr I walked in the door everyone was welcoming. The dentist I was referred to was Dr Connor O"Hare. He was very courteous explained everything step by step which made me relax. His assistant Bernie I observed knew her job and was friendly. All in all my experience with Carlton Dental Practice was 100%. So I would recommend to anyone looking for a Dentist to give them a ring 😃😃

I have a really bad fear of anything to do with dentists. From 1st contact everyone I’ve spoken to and met in this practice has been patient, kind and understanding. The dentist I see is called Conor and he has been amazing. I’m in my 60s and if I’d attended a dentist so good before I wouldn’t have half the fear I have. I’ve had no waiting for an appointment and he has taken teeth out where I have abscesses and I’ve not felt a thing(unlike with other dentists). He has made sure I have a denture plate that I’m totally happy with. Nothing seems to be to much for him. Hope he’s stays in this practice because I will be like a stalker following him lol. My hygienist is Janet and is fantastic. she knows to get in and out with me as fast as possible and stops quickly when I need a break. Although I’m a private patient I pay a maintenance plan which is very reasonable and gets me 2 visits a yr with dentist and hygienist. Outside of that they are really good at going through what it is going to cost and the prices are never as much as I think they will be. There’s no way I’d ever go back to nhs. Paying is a small prices for being able to get a fast appointment and the care that’s given when there. Many thanks to all the staff.

Claire is a very professional and very informative dentist. As a family we could not fault the service we get from Claire and all her other colleagues. The staff on reception are also the nicest and make the whole experience a very pleasant one.
