Pinnacle Orthodontics Coventry

NHS service under 18: It’s been around 5 years since I started here, and there has been very minimal progress with my teeth and by the looks of it I have a long way to go. Appointments they make minor changes which have no/little effect. other orthodontics are more productive as they do what Pinnacles do over many appointments in one. Appointments are always 2 months apart as they’re always fully booked. Ive had around 40 appointments here in total and unfortunately after 5 years I am going to ask to remove the braces and give up as i’m going to university soon and Pinnacles are clearly wasting my time.

Terrible, how to kick a child when they feel down. The lady told us what the child had to do, but gave no help on how to do it. Kept us coming back for over a year, then refused treatment for the braces. Blames the child for a tooth they had to have out, that had rotten. The tooth was implanted in the gum, and coming out a a strange angle, and rotten inside, the child couldn't have done anything to stop it. Even their regular dentist said it wasn't the child's fault. Never asked why the child's gums were bleeding ( they had flossed that morning 🫣). Obviously the gums would be inflamed and bleeding, which is she had asked we could have said. All this has added to the downfall of the child's depression. Got a new referral to a better,.more understanding place. AVOID this one ( there may be nice people there, but the lady we saw was awful, tall, shortish hair, strong euro accent)

I’ve been extremely disappointed with the overall experience at this orthodontic service. My daughter's treatment has now dragged on for four years, and her braces are still on with no clear end in sight. Instead of seeing progress, her teeth seem to be moving too far inward, which is worrying and frustrating. On her last appointment they ripped the corner of her lip which hurt for good for days. Appointment delays have become the norm, and many of her scheduled visits have been cancelled at the very last minute. Communication has also been lacking, and I rarely feel informed about what’s happening or why things are taking so long. Overall, the combination of delays, cancellations, are very disappointing. I hope improvements are made for future patients, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Thank you for the knowledge, understanding and the grace you all showed my son with his complex needs. I am especially thankful to the manager Tammy, you are a star!

This is a really good Orthodontist very good at there job my granddaughter is under these for her braces and the staff are very polite and reassuring to children they make you feel very relaxed I highly recommend the pinnacle for there service’s Private or Nhs treatment Location park road 200 mtrs from the Coventry train station it has its own parking to the side of the building for roughly 8/10 cars. Can busy a very busy area in rush hour times

Awful experience and very poor service My daughter’s orthodontic treatment has been ongoing for over five years with no progress and constant delays. The orthodontist and practice staff have been unhelpful, dismissive, and dishonest in their communication. Complaints have been ignored, and important contact information has been repeatedly withheld. Extremely disappointed with the lack of care, professionalism, and accountability.

Went here for my braces, it was a long time spent, with covid delays and the likes Pinnacle always were friendly, professional and made sure that for my 7 years spent I was well accomodated, appointments were freely available and I never felt like I was getting anything other than everyones best. Thank you Pinnacle 🙂
